LOST POWER TO MY HOUSE IN GULF PARK ESTATES LAST NIGHT. I ONLY HAD POWER TO MY MASTER BATHROOM. I TRIED FLIPPING ALL THE BREAKERS TO TEST IF THEY WERE TRIPPED. IT DID NOT WORK SO I CALLED JOHNNY JR & HE WALKED ME THROUGH OTHER ALTERNATIVES TO GET THE POWER KICKED BACK IN. UNFORTUNATELY THOSE MEASURES DID NOT WORK EITHER. HE RECOMMENDED I CALL THE POWER COMPANY SO THEY COULD CHECK THEIR END & AMEN WE GOT THE POWER RESTORED!! I WOULD LIKE TO THANK GUICE ELECTRIC FOR ALL THEIR GIVEN ADVICE OVER THE PHONE & FOR SAVING ME HUNDREDS. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EASY FOR THEM TO COME OUT & DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM BUT THEY CHOSE TO HELP ME OVER THE PHONE VS. MAKING MONEY IN THEIR POCKET!! I came back into town on a Saturday to a faulty grinder pump. I spoke with junior and he told me several diagnostic techniques to boil the issue down to a component level. The issue was identified to be a faulty float arm. Instead of charging overtime rates, he told me how to clear the tank to get through the weekend. This helped tremendously and allowed me to have running water over the next few days without overflowing the septic basin. Monday they came and repaired my system. The integrity of this company is absolutely outstanding and they have earned a lifelong customers.

Found Guice via referral. Friendly, patient and knowledgeable. New home owner & less than a week before moving grinder pump stopped. He came before move in. I call Rotor Rooter out to my house about 2 year ago and was told I needed a new grinder pump. After finding out it was almost $5,000 to replace a grinder pump. Guice electric came out and found someone in my house flushed a baby wipe and it stuck my pump causing something electrical to burn out. So I only had to pay $200 to be up and running again. Every thing one was very professional. I will definitely have repeat business with them even if it is just for electrical work. As a matter of fact I am having them came out and check my grinder pump today. It might just be another electrical issue because of a baby wipe. I don't the pumpers as much as these guys when it comes to my grinder pump. I would recommend these guys to every one with electrical or grinder pump needs. This would include to my own grandmother. They are the best
