These guys are the best. Prompt response, excellent communication throughout, and the problem was solved immediately. If I have plumbing issues, I call these guys first and it gets fixed.

Tony was great. He even contacted me to see if he could come earlier than originally scheduled! Work was done quickly, he explained what was used for the repairs. My wife had just had surgery and needed the use of the downstairs bathroom so we really appreciated the quick service. We will definitely use Oxford Plumbing in the future.

I have complete trust in Tony and his team. Our most recent experience tells the whole story. We returned home from a trip 2 days before Christmas and found our Rinnai hot water heater was broken. I texted Tony at 8:30pm. We had a new hot water heater installed by 2pm the next day! Tony even took the time to personally enter the warranty information on the Rinnai website. He and his team are a true blessing to my family.

I have always had a positive experience with Oxford Plumbing. I have used this company for the past 4 years, and their work has always exceeded my expectations. They are always fast to respond to a text or call- no matter the day or time- and they are always very flexible in accommodating my schedule. Every job has been done correctly, and they are very good about explaining and showing me what is wrong with my plumbing. I never have to worry about unnecessary expenses being added, and I always know the repair was done well! Definitely recommend using Tony and his workers for any and all of your plumbing needs!

Tony is the owner operator and the face of Oxford Plumbing. I call him the best plumber in the NORTH MISSISSIPPI Area... He has helped me personally with plumbing issues, such as repairing faucets, hot water heaters, clogged toilets to broken pipes in my Business, and personal house. Every time I have recommended Oxford Plumbing they got RAVING REVIEWS EVERY TIME. Call them 24 hours a day, yes 24 hours, can you believe that, Tony himself will answer. We were in an extremely desperate situation with no running water for over two weeks. After dealing with one incompetent plumber and another rude one, Tony Wilkinson came out and had our problem resolved in less than two hours on a Friday evening. He is truly an excellent plumber and a nice man.

Our tankless water heater was dropping to cold after a few minutes. Tony troubleshooted the problem for 2 days and figured out the Center Point gas meter and regulators needed replacing. He refused to give up and stayed with me to talk to the Center point guys until we figured it all out. Exceptional customer service and true caring about the customer. He is the only plumber I will use from this point on!

Our heating element went out on our water heater late Friday night, and we were concerned about finding someone who would work on it on such short notice and on a Saturday at that. I reached out to Oxford Plumbing Saturday morning and spoke to Tony. He was in Memphis when I called, but he assured me he could get us fixed up that afternoon since he was heading back to Oxford. He let me know that it would be late, however, but he kept in touch with me throughout the day. He let me know when he finished the last job he had to do before heading to our house. I was really impressed with him keeping me informed in case I needed to run any errands. He arrived around 5pm and went straight to work and was done within an hour. Within a couple more hours, we had hot water again! We were very thankful. He's now our go-to plumber and water heater repairman! Thank you so much Tony! Cold showers in February are not fun!
