Mark Alan Ros was absolutley amazing. Complete Roofing did a fantastic job putting my roof on. They went out of the way to work with me on my insurance and do everything they could to help me. Everyone was so kind and helpful. It only took a day to get my roof on and it is beautiful. I couldn't ask for a better company to work with. So blessed I went with Complete Roofing. I asked lots of questions and they responded to me very quickly. Best roofing company in my opinion around.

Job was completed on time and mostly in budget. That was not Complete Roofing's fault. There was just no way of knowing how much damage to the roof deck there was that needed to be repaired after the old roof was taken off. Caveat emptor, unless you are absolutely sure of the condition of the roof deck, you can expect to pay considerably more than the estimate you receive. Again, not Complete's fault and this is not a dig at them because they had no way of knowing how much repair they were going to have to do. It's just that the extra money can be a little bit of a surprise when it comes time to pay. It's not really an issue when insurance is covering the bill, but can be quite shocking when you come out of pocket like I did. Overall I'm very pleased with the job and the service I received. Josh was extremely helpful and the customer service I got was very good. I will definitely be using them again. Apologies for the long read.

After hurricane Zeta came through ripping more than 80 percent of our shingles off, with bare wood now exposed. Needing help right away I contacted Dustin Matthews & I’m so glad I did!
They were quick to come tarp our 2 story home, handled all the insurance claim( even showed up when the inspector came).
They are fast, professional & reasonably priced!
They even put tarps over my flower beds protecting them from possible damage .. I was so impressed!

Following Hurricane Sally, we contacted Dustin Matthews with Complete Roofing. He returned our call promptly and he and one of his associates came out and met with the Insurance company during inspection and made them aware of things they had missed. The house was immediately covered with tarp where necessary and work began promptly and was completed in a very timely matter. His crew cleaned and left our yard just as they found it. I contacted Mark at Complete Roofing about a week after Ida caused a LARGE tree to land on my house and put 10-12 holes in my roof. Mark was very quick to respond, got me lined up with the right roofing product for me, had the materials delivered exceptionally quick (especially given the times we are in) and had a roofing crew out to complete the job a week after the materials arrived. The crew arrived promptly at 7AM on the day scheduled and got to work immediately. They worked NON-STOP for over 12 hours, no breaks, no complaints, just kept working. They cleaned up as they went and did a thorough job on the shingle removal, roof repair and new asphalt shingle install. The pricing was VERY reasonable and Mark and his entire crew was very polite and helpful. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to get things done right, on time and for a reasonable price

These guys are great. I found them on google. They were the only company out of many that came right out to see what my needs were. I had a major roof leak that was causing damage to my ceiling. They sent John their regional manager out he diagnosed my issues promptly and gave me several options. After we decided on which route to take they came out and installed a temporary section to make sure I was dry ahead of a rainstorm. From start of the estimate to the job completion was 1 business week. The job they did on my metal roof is perfect. They made sure to explain everything to me. Super impressed!
