My compressor went out in my outside unit and was barely working and running my power bill up all last summer!! I called Climate Masters and signed up for a maintenance thinking that may help. They discovered the compressor scrolls were damaged during the service call as I told them things just didn’t seem to be right with the system. I have used Climate Masters for over 25 years(1997-2024) and until recently was always pleased with their service. In 2018 I built a new home and CM installed the HVAC and central vacuum system. Initially the unit wasn't cooling the house and it was discovered the technician forgot to tape the units in the attic together. After that was corrected, it was noted the difference in temperature from one end of the house to the other was significant and uncomfortable for occupants. In the winter the rooms were colder and in the summer the rooms were considerably warmer than other rooms in the house. They still have not been able to correct the issue. I spent $2500 to have ductwork in the attic foamed after I was told the "long draw" from where the unit was located to where the guest rooms were was the problem. The air wasn't staying cool long enough before reaching the other end of the house. Larry was the last technician to give it a try on Wednesday 1/10/24. After stuffing toilet tissue in the vents and noting "air flow" was sufficient, partially closing 2 vents and instructing me to leave a hallway door open for better air return, the difference in temperature is 7 degrees from one end of the house to the other. Thermostat is at 69, guest area at 62. Obviously leaving the barn door to the hallway open and partially closing a few vents is not the answer. Air flow may be sufficient, but it's not correlating to a comfortable room temperature. I texted Larry(per his instructions a week later), and he stated he'd try to get by that afternoon, (Wednesday 1/17/24). He never showed and I haven't heard from him since. Prior to the past 5 years I would recommend Climate Masters to anyone, but not at the present moment. In fact, I've currently filed a Better Business complaint in an attempt to and get a resolution to the problem. If they choose to reach out and find a solution to this 5 year saga, I will be more than happy to revisit this review.

Compressor went out couple months ago, they Repair it, two months later AC stop working,friday around 3 o'clock afternoon some guy come over, take look and left, schedule another man in 30 min, he be working couple hours looks like AC working fine ,at same day in middle of the night same thing happens, 90 degree inside whole weekend , call them early in morning make appointment, Monday afternoon, I get off work early waiting from 12 to 3 o'clock nobody come up , call to the office, the lady said probably tomorrow in morning, that's really nice. I have always had good luck with climate masters. I use this company to service 3 goodman units in our neighborhood clubhouse. They have always been honest and fair in there service and price. Recently our gas furnace would not start in our clubhouse. Climate masters came out and fixed the problem within 30 mins and even had the electronic board already on their truck. I also used them to install a high efficiency unit at our home. They did an excellent job on that installation also.

Update....had an issue at my residence with breaker tripping and called at 7:30. Tech was here at 8:00. Problem fixed 10 min later. Fix was simple run capacitor. Excellent service again!
