I am the wife of John Taylor who posted the original review on this company last week on the 26th of October. I was shocked when I read the lies that the owner posted as a response. Tim claims that we waited until the Summer of 2121 to notify him about the indentation. This is simply not true. In July 2020 (3 months after liner installation) we purchased a Frog Mineral Water In-Line Pool Cycler System. When John went into the store in Pearl to make this purchase, this is when he notified Tim of the indentation in the bottom sidewall of our pool. Tim has known about it all along and told John he would personally look into it after we had some unrelated drainage problems rectified in our yard. While John stated to Tim that the drainage problems might be the reason for the dent, we learned that the drainage problems were not in fact anywhere near the pool and had nothing to do with the large dent in the bottom. Had Tim come out to look at it when he was notified, he would have clearly seen this. To this day, he has still never been over to see the damage they caused.
Tim is now deflecting from what the real issue is and trying to claim that we are asking for a leak repair. That is not the issue and simply not true. The real issue is the huge indentation we have in the bottom sidewall of our pool approximately 7 feet below the surface. This was caused by the chunk of pool Krete they removed and was bone dry behind that chunk. Any and all drainage problems we had before and after the installation of the liner were well above the indentation and far from the edge of the pool. The drainage problem was a good 9 feet away from the edge of our pool. We may or may not have a leak in our liner, but that is not why we are dissatisfied. We are dissatisfied because of blatant poor workmanship and negligence. We are dissatisfied with the egregious lack of customer service. We are extremely dissatisfied at the way Tim was aggressive, talked over, and interrupted John. We were not treated like customers. I listened on speaker phone to the conversation my husband had with Tim B. and heard Tim talk over and interrupt John every time he began to speak. Clearly, Tim is trying to bully us into backing off from our claim.
Additionally, Tim made a statement about a drainage pipe that never even existed. Again, he’s never been to our house. If he had, he would have seen that not only do we not have a “drainage pipe” as he made up, but he would have seen that our drainage problem had absolutely nothing to do with his company’s negligence and failure to properly install our pool liner. Do not believe a word out of this man’s mouth when it comes to how all of this actually occurred.

The boss lady was giving us attitude, and got loud with my mother. I didn't care for her choice of words. Honestly we are still waiting for the pool people to come back and fix our liner..

Great customer service and anything you need in stock for your pool. I went to look at Dolphin pool cleaners and they offered me one to demo to see how I liked it before buying. Very knowledgeable staff and can answer any questions you may have.

We were in desperate need a new vinyl liner for our old pool and Paradise did an excellent job! Our new liner was installed quickly and looks fantastic. The installation team was very knowledgeable and communicated well with us every step of the way. My pool is old, 70's era, and is a metal tub, which isn't done anymore and had not been properly maintained by previous owners, but the Paradise team educated me about what I have and what to watch out for in the future. Robbie, Ryan and Robyn were all amazing to work with and we will definitely turn to Paradise Pools & Spas in the future for all of our pool maintenance needs. Only down side was having to find time to call during their hours for the initial request, since they don't respond to email requests from the website form.

Came out to do a pressure test through my skimmer. Technicians were fine. The company itself is horrible. They didn’t mention before anyone came out that it would be a minimum of $100 just for them coming there. I’m not mad about having to pay for anything I don’t mind paying but I had no clue it would end up being $165 much less $100 as no one told me anything until it was done. Very bad communication on their part. I was no in a position at the moment to pay that and there was no way of rectifying this for me. Just that they won’t do it again. Thanks but that doesn’t help me now. And I won’t be back with an attitude like that. I literally just wasted $165. As the lady said we assume people know this.

They were very responsive and attentive during the sale and until everything was payed in full. Then they stop responding to warranty details and won’t even return my calls. Very disappointed. Don’t know what happened to service after the sale. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever.

This is my go to store for my pool supplies. They are also the crew who installed my pool. We have been doing business with them for 3 years and they have not disappointed us yet. My family has an above ground pool but they install both above and inground pools. They carry all the supplies you will need and if you think you don't have the time to maintain a pool, they have a cleaning service you can subscribe too. It is not as difficult as people think!
