Excellent 5-star rating. I had called just before noon and they got here before one. Alex and Will had finished a previous job early and weren’t too far from our house which worked to our advantage. Alex is very knowledgeable and explained the issue as he worked. He was very nice to work with and I appreciate the fast service on this hot day. Since our system is on the older side (2011) Will explained the possibility of a new system for our future. I think one of the best things one could say is would you call Comfortech and Alex again for any future problems. Definitely. Thank you.

Overall

Had a new unit put in 5 yrs ago for $14,000.
Informed today it needed 4lbs of Freon $600.
A leak search and coil replacement would be another $1900.
Tech was professional and apologetic. However Comfortech has premium pricing.
They have lost my business and anyone o can talk to !!

I scheduled an appointment for maintenance Sunday evening after our AC started running longer. James and Will made it out the very next day, even making it 2 hours before my expected appointment window. They were super nice and funny, worked fast, and explained the maintenance results in detail. I felt waaaay more informed about our AC unit afterwards! Please give them both raises!

I highly recommend these two professionals team members names Steven Tollison Service technician and Arron Garrison both are great down to earth guys that are proven technicians that get the job done right and great customer service supporters. My wife and I really appreciate their support and commitment to serve us well during our needs at a critical time during the hot dog days of summer thank you comfort tech staff and management!?

We got a call from Comfort Tech and they were really nice on the phone. They explained that should never be the case with there service. So I will give them 3 stars.
But regardless of what company, make sure that everything is working before they leave.

I know Comfort Tech is a reputable company and the technician was a knowledgeable guy, but when we asked for an assessment, we also got a tune up, and they left us with the AC not working. In MISSISSIPPI when it was going to be 90 degrees that day.
So we got with another company and they confirmed that the on/off switch outside was not completely connected, which leads me to believe that this was a big sales tactic to get us on their monthly plan for 10 years. Now I'm out $75 from Comfort Tech and $180 from the other company.
I'm just telling it like I see it, but at least the AC is working.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED the quality of service that we received from the Comfortech Service Expert, Zach, who came to or house! He had such a kind, calm, honest spirit, and from the moment that he arrived, Zach was so thorough. He was very knowledgeable about the issue, and he took the time to explain every single thing that he was doing. After Zach left, I told several people I knew that if they ever had any issues with heating, cooling, plumbing, or any other home comfort issues, they better run, not walk, to Comfortech Service Experts!! I will never try anyone else after the service we received! I am very pleased with my care!!

I must say Confortech advisor Marcelle and Technician Jonathan are a tag team duo!! They both are good at what they do. Jonathan (CT Technician) he explained to me about some equipment (surges and UV Light) that will pretty much save me some money in the long run. Then Marcelle worked up some numbers gave me some figures of what it will be each month and BOOM!!!! THEIR IT IS! Great job gentlemen. I definitely appreciate it.

Steven Tollison and Josh did a superb job on maintenance of our HVAC unit. The before and after pictures are amazing. They were professional and courteous. Steven and Josh take pride in what they do.
