Everyone at Keith's has been great , polite , easy to work and reasonably priced compared to the other company I contacted . Brad explained to me everything I needed & how it was going to be handled . Elizabeth from the office made it easy to pay & she even took the time to file for the $400 credit with the electric company for me ! Ben installed my new unit . The entire time he was here , he was very respectful to me and my property .

Would highly recommend Keith's Heating and Air!!!

Brad was great. He came in and found the problem right away. He was very upfront about the problem, cost, my options, and what would be the least expensive option in the long run. He was able to answer all my questions about picking out new equipment. The only issue I had here was admittedly some of my iwn lack of knowledge, but I do wish some of the equipment I purchased had been explained a little better to me. I thought I was getting one thing, but it ended up being a little different than what I thought. With the purchase of a new unit and how expensive it is. It would have been nice if the extra time had been taken to make sure everyone was on the same page, even for questions someone purchasing their first unit wouldn't know to ask. The install guys were very friendly and there to work. They answered any questions I had and did all of there work in a timely manner. Bear even went the extra mile to make sure my thermostat wire was protected on the outside unit so the weedeater wouldn't damage it. The only complaint I had I didn't discover until afterward. When installing the outside unit instead of putting it exactly where the other unit was, which was between two windows, they moved it over slightly and now it is partially blocking one of my windows. If there was a reason for it that would have been fine if they had just asked me or explained it to me before they did it and not leave me to discover it afterward.

I highly recommend Keith’s heating and air. I called at 12, Given a timeline between 4-6pm. The technician Brad arrived early and finished the job within 10 minutes. Very punctual, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about his profession. I will definitely be using this company again.

From the first tech who patiently serviced our 17- year old system to Liz providing 24/7 service and setting up financing for our new system and Ben installing the whole thing within half a day; the entire team worked together to ensure we had cool air within 2 days. Our situation was emergent as our a/c quit working, when we called Keiths. It didn't even take 3 hours from our call to Brad show up, which we found was super fast. He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and did a great job.

I don't remember the names of the two gentlemen who put our new unit in. But they were just as professional and efficient as Brad was.

This is the second unit in our home that Keith's has replaced. Both were originally installed right after Katrina. I called at 11:30am to ask for help. The technician was here in under an hour and diagnosed the unit quickly. Unfortunately the compressor was no longer functioning. The replacement has been performed by another technician. Both gentlemen were friendly and professional. They not only did an excellent job in terms of function but left my home exactly as they found it. I can recommend Keith's without any reservations! Thanks for getting my house nice and cool again.
