This is the worst pool company on the coast the owner is very unprofessional and rude,he doesn't care what the customer asks for and does it his way I would not prefer using this company at all seems like all he wants us your money

By far it was the easiest pool selection, I contacted several different pool companies, but Pam and Gary, made a home visit, listened to what we needed for our yard size, and layout. After about two days later Pam and Gary visited our home with a template of the pool that we laid it out and immediately fell in love of the location and we needed more concrete, which Gary had no problem with our request at a great price since they were pouring concrete anyway. The Backyard Paradise installation team was outstanding and excellent knowledge of piping, concrete installation and cleanup……and electrical and pool lighting..

Great family run business. Easy to relate to, great ideas for a first-time pool owner, communication was fabulous-kept us informed every step of the way. They provided us with great "Pool School" upon completion of installation. We're very confident knowing they are a call away with questions and concerns for years to come. We opted for for an electronic locking pool cover as well..this is great for piece of mind with our grandkids and animals! Fantastic crew too! Julie and Monte McCoy

Backyard Paradise did a fine job installing our pool. Pam and Gary take pride in doing things right. They also made every effort to minimize the mess throughout the project. We had extra concrete decking poured and footers for a lanai which we added to the project on short notice. They were very accommodating.

They recently installed my first ever swimming pool. They did have a wait list, but it was worth the wait! Gary & his team took great care of my yard & showed up at the promised time each day. Installation was quick & easy and all questions were promptly answered. I was hesitant about my ability to maintain the pool after they were finished, but ‘Pam’s Pool School’ put my mind at ease. Any time I’ve had to text her a question about my pool chemistry she gets back with me quickly. I’d highly recommend them for their quality work & fantastic customer service.

Do not use if you want anything custom. They have sub par help. Beware of this company!!!!!!! Our concrete cracked in less than 2 weeks and they didn’t use the correct color to begin with. Pool was delivered with a large scratch. Said they would fix & didnt. Promised would be back & haven’t seen them since they got their $$
