Just wanted to offer a recommendation to anyone who might purchase an above ground pool from this store or any store. This is NOT a bash, as this business has tried to be as helpful as possible. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE PURCHASING A POOL. When you purchase, you are expected to know exactly what you're doing. In my mind, when we paid for the pool and installation, I assumed we'd be taken step by step through the process of how it all works and how it should be placed in our backyard, and how to troubleshoot issues, etc. That is not at all the case. You are expected to know exactly what you're doing and need to be able to run the pool as if you are a pro. Again, NOT a bash. I just want to save others the trouble of being frustrated after your purchase because you didn't know what you were doing.

We experienced the worst service and bad attitude of a tech, I have ever had with a service call. The crew that came out to open my pool was rude, angry, and condescending. I was told that they would remove the cover, install hand rails, apply chemicals as needed, and clean the pool. Instead what we got was a removal of the cover and dragged through my newly planted flower garden all while the tech was yelling, "IS ANYONE GOING TO HELP ME". Some chemicals were slapped around, O-rings were left out on the equipment, ladder and rails were not installed, no cleaning at all, and was told to go buy a vacuum. They could not get out of there fast enough. I went to the store to talk to the service manager about the very poor service and was asked "is the pool open?" I asked to talk to the owner and was told he was not there. They asked for my number, which I gave and never heard back. All I received was another bill with a finance charge on it. I'll get this paid but will not use this business again.

Called about a possible leak problem with almost zero knowledge and was able to diagnose and fix my issue within an hour by myself with the help of a woman in their service department. Big thank you to swimming pools of Tupelo.

I come here to get my pool water tested on a regular basis. One day, I stopped in just before closing and had a flat tire. The staff tried to help me, but I wound up having to call a service. They stayed with me over an hour past closing. That's going above and beyond. They also never try to sell me anything I don't need. I can't say enough good things about them!

** Disappointing Pool Repair Experience **

I'm extremely disappointed with the pool repair services provided by this company. Despite paying $9,000 for a new liner and bottom pour, the experience was far from satisfactory. The contractor this company uses, Bryant Watson, promised a discount on the pour but charged the full amount even after I assisted in preparing the pool. The installation was riddled with problems - wrinkles in the liner, rough spots, and even rocks under the liner. Bryant's lack of professionalism extended to leaving debris on my property. The company's owner was informed of this, but there was no communication. They had to drain the pool to fix the wrinkles Bryant left, leading to extra costs for refilling. I informed the owner of these issues but he never took action or rectified the situation. I expected better treatment and resolution, especially after spending so much. It's disheartening that they failed to address these issues, leaving me feeling undervalued and frustrated.

Excellent! My above ground pool pump was leaking water was nearly black. Other stores couldn’t tell me how to properly close it for the winter. Thought I would have to figure out to drain it!!! No they fix my pump for less the $60 idk whatever parts were then told me what to put in there to clear the water up in a few day with a few good vacuums!!!!!! Yes!!!!!

We spent over $38000 for our very first pool. From the very first month the pool was operational, we noticed excessive water loss. We contacted SPoT immediately, and were assured that is was normal. After several months of our water bill being $200, we continued to request help! Eventually after numerous calls and begging for help, a tech came out looked at our pool for less than 30 minutes, and decided there was nothing wrong with the pool. As we entered our second year with the pool, I visited the store and was able to talk with the owner and salesperson. I was assured their service folks would be out to take care of the problem. The first time he visited, his equipment didn’t work, so I am still at a loss as to why he even came. A few more short weeks, and he returned. The two of them found what they think is a leak, and told me the would need to break up the concrete surrounding the pool to fix the leak, and it would then be my responsibility to replace the concrete. I was not in favor of paying more money to get what they were responsible to provide in the first place!!! And told then that someone from the store needs to contact me before tearing any concrete out. That was 5 months ago, and not a word from them at all.

My recommendation to anyone considering them, GO ELSEWHERE! They either did not install correctly or damaged plumbing when they installed it. They do not want to stand behind their product, and make it correct. They expect me to pay for additional concrete work to fix what they did not do correctly in the first place!

They had absolutely no issue taking our $38000, but I sure wish they would provide a nickels worth service for their shoddy work!
