Easy folks to deal with. Very friendly and professional. Can't recall all of their names but have enjoyed having them take care of our H/VAC issues and maintenance! Recently upgraded one of our units and they were the only folks we contacted due to our trust in their business and products!

I called on a Friday afternoon and the owner was the tech that came to my house. He was very honest and accurate with my repair. I kept asking about refrigerant and cost expecting a high charge. Neither the owner or the tech that did the repair billed for any. They never tried to push or sale anything I didn’t need. I was very pleased with how professional everyone I talked with. I will not hesitate to call Tru-County Air if I need anything. I know I can trust them. Thank you!

We contacted Tri County Air on Monday to set up an appointment to have our unit serviced. The person we spoke to was very nice and efficient. On Friday, Bryant arrived and right off the bat was extremely friendly, as well as patient with our 2 small daughters who had a lot of questions for him. He was very thorough and explained to us what he was doing throughout the process. Once he was finished, he cleaned up after himself, and probably a little from our girls as well, ha! We are more than happy with the service we received and know that from here on out it will always be exceptional. Thank you!
