Glenn told me the problem with my fridge was the fan and had to order the part. I paid for the service call and he was going to return when he got the part. He later had his office call to say the part was no longer available. I asked for the part member. When I googled it, it’s a $5.00 part and readily available. The fridge is still being sold in the stores.

So far nothing but excellence from this company. Receptionist was very kind and understanding. Even though I did not buy my samsung fridge from here, she had the tech, Josh call me back in which he was trying to troubleshoot and walk me through to fix it myself. Since I was prepared for the worse, to buy a whole new "brain" for the thing, I truly appreciate them trying to save me that and even a service call which will be pricey since I live far away. Haven't gotten it fixed yet, but I say this company has exceptional customer service so far!

0 Stars. I have been dealing with these incompetent people for almost 1 year now. Last August I called to ask if they had any bottom mount refrigerators for sale. The owner's wife, Pam said they just got one in and didn't think there was anything wrong with it. I bought it for $300. Got it home and it didn't work. They sent their "tech" Randy to fix it. He replaced a part, still didn't work. The owner, Cello, came to work on it. Couldn't fix it and decided to take it back to the shop and work on it. Gave me a loaner fridge in the meantime. So the months went by. Every month I would call to check in and they would give me reasons: First it took 3 months to diagnosis the problem. Then, "The part was ordered, don't know when it will be here." Then they said they broke that part and needed to get another one. Finally 9 months later they decided they can't fix it after all. So I went to the store and instead of getting my cash back I bought a used washing machine. I then went to Sears and bought a new fridge. Their loaner is still sitting on my front porch, they were supposed to pick it up weeks ago. So I get my washer home and the second time I go to use it the lid latch breaks and the machine won't work. Randy comes and super glues it back together. The next week the latch breaks again, he puts a new one on. Two weeks later I wash a load and it starts banging terribly. I call them to tell them something is wrong, they tell me it would be almost a week for someone to get there to fix it and I said I would just order the parts and fix it myself. I took the front panel and the top instrument board off to look inside the machine. The top instrument board has three little flimsy plastic tabs holding it onto the washer. One of the tabs was cracked and broken so badly it was almost off. The second one was bent badly and the third one was fine. As I was trying to look inside the machine, Robin from Appliance Tech called me back and said "That machine is still under warranty, why don't you go ahead and let us just fix it." I said ok, I'll just wait for them and go the laundry mat in the meantime. Waited a week, Randy came and replaced the rods. After he left I went to use the washer and one of the plastic tabs was sitting on top of the washer. He had broken it off. Used the washer twice, at the end of the second wash day the washer quits working again and won't agitate. I call them AGAIN, this is the 4th time now, and the first thing Robin asks is if I'm slamming the washer lid down or something. No, Robin, I'm not slamming anything around. So after another week here comes Randy to look at it. He comes out and tells me that it's some sort of router or something and he needs to call "them" and find out what to do about it. I tell him I've had enough of this washer and I want to return it. He says I'll need to call and talk to Pam because she said she won't give me a full refund. I call her and she says that Randy told her that I broke something on the instrument panel. While I had her on the phone I went to Randy still working on the machine and asked him what exactly did I break. He lifted up the control panel and another one of the tabs is broken off, he must have broke it all the way off because I hadn't touched it. I told Pam I wasn't even going to go there because I didn't break those flimsy things. Then she said that I voided the return policy because I "worked" on the machine. I told her I didn't work on it, I simply took the front and the control panel off to see if I could see what was banging around. Then she said she would get back to me after talking to her husband. Still haven't gotten back to me and it's now sitting in my back yard too. Whatever you do, don't do business with these incompetent people.

Called for a repair for my Samsung Washer. Lowe's sends it to Appliance Tech. After multiple phone calls and multiple people at Appliance Tech. They have multiple stories. THey can only Drive to Laurel once a week, Lowes has yet to authorize your repair, then you don't hear from them. So i call, leave a message. I call again and again. Finally I call lowes. We authorized the repair, the service company states parts are on back order indefinitely. Lowes said they will followup within 5 day. Lowe's call me back, we have a tracking number for your part, it will be delivered within a day. Appliance tech calls- Lowe just approved the repair- States we don't have a part yet, not sure when it will be here, but we expect it anyday. We cant repair it at your house, its a major repair and we need to take it back to the shop. How long?? Its going to take awhile its a major repair. Why did Lowes call me and explain you will have the part tomorrow based on shipping Tracking number. THey dont have the tracking number they have a samsung parts authorization number I provided them.

After 35+ days Appliance tech has yet to repair my washer, keep me informed of any issues delaying the repair, or be respectful of my need to have a working washer.

LOWE's PLEASE FIND A NEW REPAIR COMPANY!!

APPLIANCE TECH INC- is a poor company and obviously has issues making repairs.

ZERO STARS. This company needs to lose their Lowe's contract and go out of business! They jerked us around with repairing our brand new washer. Two different "repair" men lied to us multiple times and never fixed our washer, they verified an appt and then didn't show up, made us wait another week for service, and again more and more lies to keep from repairing our machine. I had enough of being jerked around by this company that I finally called Lowe's, and they promptly replaced our washer. I'm also reporting them to the BBB!

Super helpful friendly staff. They helped me troubleshoot my problem... got me the correct part and talked me through the do-it-yourself fix. Refrigerator runs great now and cost me next to nothing!!! I am not a handy man so miracles can happen with the right people!

These are the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. They seem to be run out of a residence in Billings, have one tech to serve the state, and a appointment scheduler that can't remember the lies from one phone message to the next.
They are contracted by Lowes in Billings to do appliance repair. This certainly gives a black eye to Lowes for selecting an incompetent vendor.
