My wife and I presented Jeremy with a list of six separate jobs in our recently purchased home. We met with Jeremy initially in Nov 2022 after not getting e-mail or voice mail responses from many other vendors in Billings. We were excited to sit down with Jeremy to scope out the six different projects which included a new main-bathroom, remodeling a staircase, remodeling an office, installing stone around a two-way fireplace and a lot of wall/ceiling texturing and painting. Jeremy meticulously developed detailed estimates for each job. The Pinnacle team started with the stairwell job, then worked their way through the other projects over the course of winter into spring. Pinnacle's work completely exceeded our expectations. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail blew us away. I cannot say enough about Pinnacle Remodeling, they were superb start to finish. Jeremy, Dylan,Tim, Jeff, Tommy, and Josh are not only great craftsman, but they are people of integrity and the principle you can trust to work on your home. Jeremy at Pinnacle Remodeling was absolutely amazing to work with. I could tell from the day I called that he was going to be the one to do my bathroom remodel. He was able to come over and give an estimate the same day that I called and the estimate was pretty close to being right on.

He worked with me through the design process, listened to what I wanted in the bathroom and had great ideas to add. He also brought in the ladies in the office to help with ideas. And getting to see a 3D rendering of what the bathroom was going to look like before starting any work was really nice.

The first thing that they did was come in and put stuff down to protect the hardwood floors and hang plastic in the doorways to protect the rest of the house from the dust. Because there is only one bathroom in the house, they also provided an outhouse for both the workers and me to use while the construction was ongoing. All of the workers were very nice and respectful of me and the house. The work went quickly and when a problem arouse Jeremy was always there to communicate and find a solution. He would call at least once a week to let me know how the work was progressing and let me know what the schedule was going to be for the next week.

I will definitely use Pinnacle for any future remodels that I do to the house. Just a fantastic experience and group of people to work with.
