So much for being a convent store for the heights. Guess what? They no longer carry paint or electrical supplies. I have almost quit going there. Just don’t want to drive all the way to Lowe’s for a few items. Guess what? Ace Hardware, TSC, Shiptons don’t carry them either.

We had a storage building built on site by this company. The crew did fine but apparently can't be trusted as the salesman (one of the builders father had to come check on them to ensure they were working). The price was right within the local range. Fast forward and the quality of this building is far below the quality of the others. We contacted the company a few times right after it was completed to speak to them about the issues and they did not care about our concerns. We have many neighbors that have buildings and many more that are looking and we can not in good conscience recommend this company as you will not have a building that will withstand any time, heck I think a plastic Walmart building would be a better investment.

Update... spoke with GM and he is going to come out and look at the building to figure out what needs to be done to ensure customer satisfaction. I will update review after we figure this out, but it sounds like they are an upstanding company that this was a major miss but a rare one at that.

UPDATE 2.... The GM did follow through on his word and today he had a very wonderful contractor come and fix the issues and boy is it SO much better. I am impressed and happy.
