We paid $10K for 800 SF of “engineered hardwood” that curled, warped, and twisted after proper installation. Rich’s won’t honor the warranty and they want us to leave our floor as is for 2 or more months while the manufacturer “conducts an investigation.” What a deceptive, dishonest outfit!!

We have purchased flooring numerous times from Rich’s but won’t make the mistake again. Our flooring came apart and the manufacturer determined Rich’s flooring did not install it correctly. Rich’s refused to reinstall or do anything to correct their error. They won’t stand behind their product or installers.

C grade service and A grade selection. I had heard so many great things about this place. I was hoping to the assistance we recieved at another store in helping us select flooring and tile for out bathroom and show in our new house. All we got was here is what we have, find what you, come get me, and I will give you a price. If the price was cheaper than the previous location thats fine but the price was higher. The good gentlemen at the other store stayed with us. Gave us ideas and direction tonhelpmus design a space just what we needed. If all you are looking for is a transaction then this is the place for you if you.

Rich's carpet came to my home this morning to do a carpet install, they were very polite, respectful and did a great job installing carpet in my spare bedroom. they vacuumed it up before they left and it looks great ! took a little less than 2 hours to get the job done. will be giving them my business again in the future.

Our builder used them for our new home's flooring. There are items that were left under the carpet in numerous places, so as you walk down a hallway or across a room there are hard lumps. The transition pieces between the laminate and doorways are warped in the corners. The vinyl/wood laminate in the kitchen was installed poorly. If anything spills on it I have to clean it immediately because if it sits for more than 30 seconds the water gets between the poorly installed seams and causes the laminate to swell. We discussed this with our builder and staff from Rich's, we were told they would come remove the nails from under the carpet and fix the transition pieces but the swelling in the laminate was our fault and they wouldn't repair it. This discussion happened back in April. We have heard nothing back from Rich's. I have attempted to get it resolved with a woman who works there and was talked down to and treated poorly over the phone. She told me she would get back with me, still waiting almost 4 months later. We've decided we are just going to have it all ripped out and replaced when we finish our basement later this year. Guess who won't be doing any of our flooring!
