My Pella sliding glass door and screen is 22 years old. The door was very hard to slide and the spring in the screen had popped out. The two men that arrived to fix it were right on time. They got to work immediately and worked quickly for 50 minutes to get my door all fixed up and running smoothly. They had all the parts needed on their truck so it was all taken care of in that timeframe. They were courteous but we’re clearly there to get the job done. I was very impressed because as of late most customer service that I have received has been non existent or terrible. I would highly recommend Pella and their team.

I called Perla for a quote and to set an appointment on a Tuesday morning. They did not return my call until late Friday afternoon to set up the appt for Saturday morn. This is poor business practice. They must not need the business if it takes 4 days to return calls.

They pushed out nails through the wall so there are holes along bottom of window. I had to pay quite a bit more to get outside done. I think for the price, they should completely finish the job.I have the blinds between the glass and don't like the sun shining through all the gaps. I wish I had gotten a plain window and bought my own blind. The window itself is perfect
