I signed on and put a down payment for two custom window well covers in May, was told it was a 6 week turnaround, and they were finally just installed middle of Oct. I called them 6 weeks from the initial order for an ETA and learned the order hadn’t been sent and they had the wrong color down. Called a few times through out the summer for updates and was assured each time the order was on its way and I’d be contacted to schedule the install. Finally learned first week of Sept my order STILL hadn’t been sent but they put a rush on it for me. Had to call them again in Oct asking for an ETA. Come install time they aren’t even close to being custom. My wells are closer to trapezoid and the covers are square. When I was looking at their company I told them my biggest priority was to keep snakes and bunnies from falling in and was assured their covers would prevent that. There are gaps big enough I still have to worry about snakes and bunnies falling in. In fact now I’m pretty sure I have a nice sunbathing spot under the covers for the rattlesnakes. Since these aren’t cheap, not even close to being what was advertised, and they were installed 5 mos late, I requested a discount. Tbh doing that gave me anxiety but I’m ticked so I tried. Was informed since I received the discount from the home show they couldn’t discount it further.

Overall it’s a shame, they are solid well built covers, but had I known I wouldn’t get the custom sizing, would spend all summer chasing them, and wouldn’t get the one thing I wanted them for which was critters, I would have gone with a different company.

Had two Waudena doors installed. The doors look fine. The new drip edge dose not match the house or door. The siding has several deep gashes where the saw slipped, and the new clacking is a different color. The installers also told me that they are not responsible for any repairs.
