I’ve never left a review for ANYONE until now. Used them for a few different windows and it’s been fine. The last one failed and was under warranty. After getting a bill I asked if I’m to pay for install on warranty work. They were rude and insisted they were to be paid even though it was under warranty. Im very thankful that they completely forgot and never followed through on a bid to do more. We have several more that need replaced in the years to come and the woman was completely dismissive losing our business. Horrible customer service. Go elsewhere.

I wouldn't use or recommend this business to anyone. Made an appointment for 11 am today 2 days ago. After he didn't show up he called after 12 pm to advise his previous appointment took longer than expected. Then said he'd be out to our house between 4 & 5 pm. After not showing up & trying to call with no answer he calls at 5:20 pm saying he is on his way. Told him this was unacceptable & he said to find someone else so that is what we are doing. Suggestion, if you are the owner, Quincy, you should probably work on your service skills. If not, the owner should reconsider having you represent their company.

I will never recommend this place due to not only one bad experience with these guys but 2. They use excuses for bad business techniques and are very rude. How long does a person need to wait for Windows to be repaired one month, two months, wait maybe three for 2 single pain windows. It also helps if you write down the right measurement 's and the correct address. You might wanna work on your business ethics and quality of work done.
