had/have a septic pump warranty issue due to premature failure of our Ashland pump. took ot back to glacier precast weeks ago and not even sure anyone has sent it in. had to get a different pump installed right away for obvious reasons and at a cost of $1000 so not happy about that. shouldn't have gone out and we never put stuff down the toilets and into septic. but they are telling us Ashland has to get it, test it and tell us if its our fault. it isn't because our septic guy inspected it when we pulled it and it appears the pump just froze. but the time this is taking is ridiculous in terms of just being weeksnout now and the time we spend having to do follow up calls to get progress status. should be easier and someone on their end running this process and keeping us updated versus having to call all the time.
