Jeff responded immediately to an emergency need. He identified the issue quickly, explained it clearly and had the needed parts in the truck. Also Identified two other issues and provided fixes - these would have required another call out in the near future. Appreciated the willingness to take the call to do the work same day.

Trystin did an awesome job. He was super nice and explained everything so I could understand. He got our AC up and running quickly during a heat wave. Central Heating and Cooling always has excellent service. Wish more companies in the valley had their standards. They’re great.

The service reps arrived at our home 40 minutes after we called for an appointment, which is nearly miraculous in Kalispell. Turns out they know when they may get hit with extra calls for AC repairs, and they keep slots open to handle them. That's great customer service. Josh was knowledgeable, friendly, and patiently answered all our questions. He also resolved our issue without attempting to talk us into purchasing a new unit, which we appreciate as ours is 25 years old. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Great experience. Josh was our plumber, and worked really hard to fix an issue in a spot that was difficult to access. The other options would have been a lot more invasive and hard to remodel. Very professional and got the job done quickly. Would use this service again. Everything was laid out clearly to know what to expect at every step. Grateful to have a draining tub again.

I’m very pleased with my new furnace and air conditioner, Adam
Was very knowledgeable and and gave me options and there was no pressure on me, deciding which unit I wanted to get. He was very professional. When Matt and Drew came to install my new systems, they were extremely polite, neat and tidy, and very efficient. They answered all my questions and helped me with anything I needed to learn.
