Very high in prices I got a screen done there and they charged me 120 bucks! The next time I need a new screen I'll be buying it myself amd putting one in! Cause that's just insane for what it was and the time needed to fix was astronomical!

Called in March to have a wall mirror measured and installed in our bathroom. Tech came and measured and we were quoted a price. Explained we would be out of town for 6 weeks and they said they would install when we returned, no problem. A week after we returned I called to set up install. Had to leave voice mail, no one ever returned returned the call. Called competitor and they are installing for 2/3 the originally quite. CAUTION with these guys.

I made the conscience desicion to hire a professional to install the glass in my shower to avoid cracked tiles and having to redo parts of the project. I now have a glass door and three cracked tiles. I am now being told that they do not guarantee that tiles won't be broken. So I am wondering why I hired a professional.

The other issue was the bathroom was warm to the workers. So instead of turning the heat down they left it on with all three doors open.

I am wondering what the warranty on glass installation is now. I guess I should have asked more questions but I told them at the time of the measurements that I am hiring them so that tile would not be cracked. 2800 bucks is a lot of money for a stand up shower enclosure.

I asked if they would take some money off the install price due to the cracked tiles and it was a flat out no. They are more than willing to spend the time to let me take it out, fix the tiles and then they reinstall the glass. A little price break would have gone a long way to the acknowledgment that the job was less than professionally done. Very sad!

I was told that they would measure it and call me within 30 minutes. after two hours with a missing window in my house i called them. i was told "don't know if we called you or not". I went in to pick up my window and I said "you were supposed to call me". He said "You betcha". Well "you betcha" i took it to someone else.

I had a salesman out to my house to give me a price on some windows, which he did, and he said he would get back to me in a couple of days. 2 or 3 weeks later, no word at all. Typical business method in Kalispell. I do not know how you or other businesses stay in force. You never do what you say and that is a terrible way to treat customers. Terrible company!,,,,,,,,,,
