I ordered a new door system in October of 2023 and now its April of 2024 and no one has still showed up to even measure the door so I can get it ordered, despite over a half dozen calls and in-store visits requesting a scheduled appointment. Same story every time - we're so sorry for the delay, the installer will call you today or tomorrow to schedule an appointment, and then nothing. Avoid these guys, even if you have to pay someone else a little more to get your project done, which is what I ended up doing.

I was charged $200.00 for a 40 min repair for a sticking sliding glass door. I called and asked what they charged per hour for service and was told $100/hr. I asked why I was charged $200 and she said because they sent two guys and it is $100 per guy. I said only one man did the repair - the other just watched. I mentioned I was at a friends and only one man was servicing her sticking sliding glass door and she said they must have been short handed as they always send two men and why didn't I ask for a quote. I said I did not think I needed a quote for such a simple repair and a quote was not mentioned. So....customer beware - the hourly service charge is actually $200.00/hr. so better ask how many men they are sending. As a Senior on fixed income, I consider this a pretty sneaky shenanigan.

My husband and I have been looking to get some old windows in our home changed out. Serval times one of us has called the company and been told that someone will reach out to us. After some time no one would and we would eventually call back. While we understand the company is busy installing windows in a new builds we were hoping there would still be time for someone to call us. One last attempt was made to contact the company again. This time we reminded them we have been patient with them, but have made several calls and no one has attempted to call us back. The lady on the end of the phone rudely reminded us that the company is very busy with all of the new builds. We have now taken this to mean that clearly our business is not wanted or needed by them. I suggest taking your business elsewhere if your are looking for timely response and a friendly local company to support.

I have done a good bit of business with this company 10-12 years ago, bought 12 window replacement window assembly’s, several high end storm doors, had them make 2 special thermo pain assembly’s for my shop, bought 4 pre hung door assembly’s even though they were a few bucks higher than the box stores.
The service use to be great, professional, timely, it was always great to work with them.
WELL NOT ANY MORE !!!
I called to piece and buy a piece of lexan glass. Simple right ?? No it was not. When I walked in to order and pay for it on a Tuesday I noticed a large sign on the counter
“LEAVE YOUR ATTITUDE AT THE DOOR”, RUDE CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
OK what is that about every customer is rude ??
I doubt it, but if some are upset maybe its the people at the counter that causes it or maybe POOR SERVICE ??
BINGO, my order that was suppose to be ready Wednesday, I went in on Thursday since they did not call me, to check on the status.
They said they called me and I did not answer, or my voice mail was not set up, that is what I got until they realized THE ORDER was not done !!
WHOOPS don’t make excuses first when the order was not completed, maybe check before you open your mouth !!
Then they blame being short handed, emergency leave, who knows.
It took till the following Monday to get a square piece of lexan, two saw cuts, sure glad I did not order something complicated!!
WELL NOW I UNDERSTAND THE SIGN ON THE COUNTER !
Poor service can make customers agitated.
Customer beware, these folks excel in poor service and excuses!!

I will never use Valley Glass again and I would not recommend them Since May I ordered a part to open and close my window. I was told they would be out (November) 6 months later and that day they never showed up or called. The following day 2 men came out to fix the window and I was charged for both of them coming out. One man could have easily done the job. Because I was a small job they made me feel that I was not important. Very bad service, bad communication and terrible follow through. Live and learn.

I won't lie, it took quite awhile to get them. Because of the building boom. But sooo worth the wait. They called to set up a time to install the slider, then set up time for the rest of the house. I have not been impressed with Valley Glass at all. We ordered 3 shower doors for our new house, and was told 3-4 weeks from order due to Thanksgiving. Gave rough measurements and pictures and they were to send someone out to take final measurements. Four weeks later I call to check on installation and was told that someone would be here Monday morning at 9. They were here alright, but only to DO FINAL MEASUREMENTS.

They hadn't even placed the order yet! Now I am told that it will be another 2 to 3 weeks due to Christmas, and to buy a shower curtain in the interim. I suggest you look elsewhere when deciding who to give your business to.
