These guys are horrible to deal with. Service tech came by in November 2020 to fix a radiator, said he needed to order parts. Months go by and nothing, call several times and get a runaround. This Spring finally get ahold of someone, the parts got washed away in the flood. Okay, sorry to hear that please reorder and call me. Talked with the original service tech today, he says the radiator can't be fixed. so, lied to for 2 years and learn yesterday that they have turned my bill over to collections and Diana the office manager hangs up on me. This business is a joke. These people are awful. Call anybody else, really, anybody else. Just don't call Graybeal's All Service!!

OMG.....I'm almost scared to put this bc I don't want them hounded but they LITERALLY saved my family's life! Our furnace went out over night and we were without heat for 3 days in negative temperatures. They read a post I made and they contacted me. They had someone out almost immediately to assess the situation and they're letting us pay later bc we didn't have the cash for such an emergency. They really are a God send.......and the technician who showed up was very friendly too. Best company and people EVER.

From start to finish Graybeal's did excellent work in the instalation of a new central A/C and heating system in our existing house. Jay, the owner, communicated everything to us in simple, easy to understand terms and came in on-time and for the price he quoted. His crew was top-notch, punctual with a courtesy call 15 minutes before their arrival, treated our home with respect and always cleaned up after themselves. They were likes Elves! I called about our heater not working correctly and Diana helped us with it over the phone so that we were able to discover what was wrong (the filter had been sucked out of place and was pinned by the airflow) and fix it by ourselves. Diana was such a tremendous help and so kind and I am fervently grateful that she was willing to help us determine the cause even though they did not make any income from our issue. We will absolutely use Graybeal's in the future!
