I selected vinyl plank flooring and went by the store twice to order it. My original sales rep was not there and I worked with a fellow there who said he would have my rep call me. She never called. I went back again, and my original rep was not in. The two folks there said they couldn't make my order happen because they couldn't find the info on or in my original reps desk. They said they would have her call me. We played phone tag and after 48 hours with no word back, I went to another company in town and they worked great with me. I am very disappointed with Pierce.

Very helpful Pierce sales staff who took the time to explain the best carpet for our needs; this was carpet for our home’s stairs. Colour, pattern, pile depth etc are all factors to consider. Pierce had a good selection from which to choose, and provided help and guidance in the process. On the scheduled installation day, the crew arrived almost to the minute expected. They removed the old, tired, original carpet, cleaned up the stair for old staples etc, then carefully installed our new carpet. The Pierce crew were polite, professional, and left our home cleaner than when they arrived! The new carpet looks and feels great; a treat for eyes, and bare feet! We are very happy with the entire experience.

We were a bit apprehensive about replacing our carpeting with engineered hardwood floors in our spacious great room. Tracy came out with numerous samples and we selected one that would pull in the various colors of woods, along with adding the right amount of warmth to the room. The results were spectacular! Additionally, Travis and his crew did an exceptional job removing the carpet and installing the new hardwood flooring. Very pleased!
