Woke up at a very hot house and two very angry kiddos. Called the after hours line and Dustin was out within an hour! He was so quick to identify the issue and was able to fix it right there. He was also kind enough to explain what the issue was and showed me what to look for if it happens again.

The technician, Dustin, was outstanding from the very start. He called to let us know he was on his way and upon arrival was courteous and knowledgeable. He tested the system to ensure he had the proper fix, then fixed the issue.

When I called the dispatcher was very courteous on the phone and was able to get me an appointment in a timely manner. Thank you guys for the fast and courteous service.

Timely response with professional service on Memorial Day for our ac issue. Scott took the time to explain the issue and repaired our system right away. Scott answered every question about my system and did not press us on a need to replace our unit, even though it is a dated unit. Scott didn’t even suggest a replacement quote, though I did request. We can't thank the pros at Sandhills enough for all their help in responding to our AC needs. They have always been highly responsive when we had an issue with our units over the last 8 years. Recently, they installed two new units (4T and 2T) and they are incredible! Sandhills' deals were almost 10% lower than the nearest competitor and they backed up their work with a 10 year parts warranty, so its stress free. Save your time and call them first.
