The windows needed to be replaced in my residential home. I contacted 3 separate window companies and chose Pella because they were the only company that could offer me what I wanted for my home. Custom windows, colors, aesthetic, hardware, and most importantly, warranty all came with the Pella guarantee. Billy had an excellent sales pitch; professional, personable and well executed. The price was a little on the higher end for the project but they assured me that I'd get exactly what I was looking for in both the short term and long term. Before the ink was dry on the contract, Marten the project manager, was out next day to measure to get the job started. The project took about +/- 6 months and Shawna, the Pella rep, kept me updated with the progress during the manufacturing of the windows. When installation time came Shawna and Marten contacted me to get a convenient date to start. It was only 3 weeks after Pella received the custom windows. The Pella subcontracted crew showed on time, fully supplied and ready to work. Bret Ingram was lead and he and his team did a fantastic job!! Being from WNC, projects can run slow but not these guys. They got to work immediately and knocked it out in a day and half. My house was hand built in the 1980s with custom windows and it can be tricky to work on but bret and crew did a professional job. I can't say enough about how great of a job they did. Their work was well executed and the windows look amazing!! They even cleaned up before they left. Bret also followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied or if there were any other issues (which there wasn't). I highly recommend Bret Ingram's crew to anyone looking for major projects. Overall, I couldn't be happier with Pella and the way this window replacement project happened. Everyone I dealt with was professional and accommodating. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely call Pella: Billy, Shawna, Marten, and Bret & crew Thanks for all the hard work. Y'all did a fantastic job!!
