Initially called them to replace the brass fittings on our pipes under the house. It seemed to go well, but then our kitchen faucets water pressure dropped right away. They promised a new filter would fix it, but took them almost a month to come out for it because they forgot to order it. They charged us an insane $125 for the filter and less than 10 min of work and by that night the water pressure was back to nothing. We have called them multiple times about it and they have ghosted us. It's been almost a month and a half and we feel incredibly duped and frustrated. I would not recommend this company to anyone and do not trust them

We recently had a major problem with our clogged drains, and after trying all the usual methods of unclogging (plumber's friend, vinegar/baking soda, etc) - nothing was working.
I left a message on Caddel's website and received a call back right away. They set up an appointment for the same day and within a short while, our problem was taken care of.
Nick and Josh were on time (actually early, with a notification), professional, efficient, and cleaned up everything after themselves. Great team work!
Thank you again Nick and Josh. You saved the day for us!

I called for repair service around 10:30 am , I spoke with an extremely helpful lady, she told me she had a crew nearby and would try her best and get the to my home later in the day and that someone would be contacting me to give me a time. At 3:00 Josh called to tell me they were in route to me. They arrived at 3:30 pm, they introduced themselves, put on their protective footwear, asked many questions, then formulated an attack, and then went to work, they finished the job, cleaned up the area, charged me exactly what they had quoted, I don’t know how they done better, special thanks to the lady on the phone, Josh and Nick who did the repairs.

I think the work was excellent, but found out they forgot to replace my access cover I was a little confused. I called them up a couple days later and they returned and put it back up. Thanks Caddell Plumbing for doing that and checking for the aminal my wife said she heared.

Finding a professional that is actually professional is not easy these days. Finding a professional who is genuinely nice, easy to understand when he or she starts talking problems & prices, & who actually seems to be a really good human is even harder. The group of people I have dealt with at Caddell have been all of that & more. They know their jobs —they are incredibly talented, efficient, & like I said, just nice people you don’t mind being in your house. I bought an older house that has lots of plumbing issues & Caddell has been with me every step of the way. From new fixtures to exploding showers (well, not quite) to the dreaded cast iron pipes, they have helped me navigate the best decisions & the best long term options — all with my water now doing what it should be doing & staying where it should be staying! I am so thankful to have found them. You will be too!
