I was interested in this service, the salesman was courteous and relatable, but he told me they clean spiderwebs from the crawlspace and the technician said they do not. This was a deciding factor in going with aptive for our service... the technician was very nice, but the company hasn't given him the proper equipment to spray inside. He is forced to use a hand sprayer that with the lightest squeeze of the trigger produces alot of chemical on the window ceils. Even after 45 minutes there are still puddles of chemical on my tile and window surfaces. Having a 2 year old I was required to wipe up the residual chemicals . It is in no way the fault of the technician as he stated there aren't settings on the sprayer and I watched him do his best to spray as little as possible on these areas. So far it's not a great start to the relationship.

We had our 1st treatment in May. Richard was extremely was extremely patient with all of my questions. He and his trainee for the day did a great job. Richard let us know what he was doing and why it was being done. In addition to that, they were both professional and very nice. It seems you shouldn't have to add professional and nice to a customer service job, but it is important to note these days because not everyone is. My husband and I would love having him be our service provider each time. Based on the service provided and the outcome of that service, we are definitely recommending them to anyone that needs pest control.
