Scott and Sam along with their crews did amazing work in our 40 year old townhome. They removed walls, completely remodeled two bathrooms, a master closet and completed an amazing kitchen remodel. They handled everything from demo, flooring replacement, paint, electrical updates, fixture and appliance replacements, interior and exterior door replacements and truly made our Olde Georgetown home Brand New! It was a 3 month project and we couldn't have been happier with process or result. They were amazing to work with and I highly recommend them for any project, big or small!

After looking at a lot of contractors we chose Scott and his team to renovate our kitchen. We had an outdated 90s kitchen that they turned into a beautiful centerpiece of our house. This project required gutting everything (including removing structural walls and putting in new beams) and they had experts every step of the way. They had the best design and were priced reasonably for the quality. Sam and his team of contractors were not only second to none from a quality perspective, but were also very kind and professional and a pleasure to have in the house. Nearly a year later, I am still so glad we chose to have our kitchen renovated by this team.

Just wanted to write a quick note. We had Scott come out and give us a consultation. He had some great ideas that would really enhance our kitchen remodel and was very responsive, understood our desires and pleasurable to work with. We eventually did go with another contractor but really only because the other one was more local and the only thing to choose between them was input from neighbors whom the other contractor had done work for. We love our new master bathroom! And we are so glad that we chose Scott Meier with Signature Home Kitchen & Bath as our contractor! Scott and his crew were the best! From the beginning, Scott was very helpful with the planning and selection process. I realized that I did not need a decorator to help me with this project as Scott aimed to please. During the renovation, Scott was on sight often. Sam, our project manager, was also on top of everything and made sure that all was done correctly, and Charlie, a true craftsman, who updated part of our closet. We also appreciated how tidy the team left the construction sight each day and that all disposable items were removed properly without delay. Our golden retriever was a big distraction as he waited anxiously each morning for a crew member to arrive to pet him!? I definitely would recommend Signature Home Kitchen & Bath to anyone who is considering a high quality yet affordable remodel.

After 19 years in this house, we decided it was way past due to totally remodel our master bathroom and update the other bathrooms. We interviewed and received bids from several companies. After meeting with Scott Meier of Signature Home Kitchen & Bath, we felt that he was the right person to do the renovations for us. He walked us through everything and personally met us to pick out the tile and quartzite. We did not have to go through a “designer” to do this at an additional expense, as we would have with other companies. We showed Scott a photo of a bathroom we liked and he took it from there and created the design.

Our new master bathroom looks absolutely amazing!! Better than the picture we had shown Scott. It’s a 5-Star, spa-like, bathroom with all the updated amenities and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final results!

One of the wonderful things working with this group was that at the end of each day, they cleaned up. Our home was livable during the many months of construction.

We highly recommend Scott Meier and his crew. Sam and Mauricio did an incredible job. As did Amy who painted our master bathroom and the other bathrooms. They were all so pleasant and professional to have in our home. Many thanks to all of them and the rest of the crew!

Our next project will be our kitchen…and we know who we will contact!

Scott did an amazing job renovating our kitchen! At the planning stage he offered great ideas and suggestions with an experienced eye toward practical and aesthetic concerns, without being pushy at all. I'm so glad I went with his recommendations. He and Charlie were patient and understanding about the fact that our large busy family had to live in the house during the work.
