Clint and his team of installers are the absolute best! They have installed for us twice (7 windows upstairs/4 down) and both times their work was perfect. We’ll gladly have them return next year for the 9 on the front.

The windows took longer than expected to be completed. When the installers arrived they did a great job on installation but they didn’t fill in the holes where the previous curtains had been nor did they paint that seal. I was expecting a turnkey installation.

They did not sell us any products or services but I was not impressed when they came out to give us a quote. When the salesman saw the Lowe’s quote on my desk he started telling me what a bad product it was an how it wouldn’t last 3 years, then admitted that it was a door Davis offered. Then I was told I would be emailed a quote which I never got. His was also by far the most expensive door set by his verbal quote and for a metal door. No impressed at all.

We are extremely happy with the Marvin windows and ProVia doors we purchased from and had installed by Davis Window and Door. And as everyone knows, this is a big investment that you want to get right. From the start, Ryan was great to work with during the selection process. No pressure sales here! He took the time to listen and to understand what we were looking for and explained the various options that met our needs. After our initial visit he was available to answer all of our questions as we narrowed our selection down. And he invited us to the showroom to see and touch the product firsthand. The quote was very competitive and provided great value for what we selected.

Jorn from Davis did a wonderful job managing the installation project, was available for any and all communications and was attentive to any questions we had. Max and his dad from Davis did a great job with the installation with great attention to detail, as if it was their home. They pointed out things that they were going to finish up even before we noticed them and we are very particular. The final work surpassed our expectations, the doors and windows look great and the purchase and installation was stress free.

To top it off, the windows and doors were received and installed on time per their original timeline and the final costs came in as
originally quoted even with some minor modifications made by us. Many neighbors have walked by and shared positive comments on the results and several took a picture of the Davis yard sign in order to give Davis a call for their future window and door project.

Great company for window replacement. They have a good selection of vendors and products. Competitive prices, and excellent sales and after installation service. The sales person in Charlotte is honest and attentive. The project lead came a couple of times during installation to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Even the President of the Company called me to ensure I was satisfied. The installation crew in Charlotte is customer focused and they listened to our comments or suggestions.

Window replacement can be expensive and stressful. Davis Windows made the experience positive. Would definitely recommend them.
