Paid more than any other window company to get the "nicer" windows that were sold to me as much better quality. We were buying an old house and they said if there was any rot in the walls they would do fixes they could and let me know regardless what they find so it can be repaired. So far this is what we've found behind ever single wall where they put in a new window. They completely installed every window and didn't say a word. Either they lied about there being previous damage to the window frames and just went ahead and hurried and installed the windows anyways and/or they installed the windows wrong and theyre all leaking and now the house is rotting. Good luck calling them their warranty is a joke. Make sure you save all your paperwork. Youll have to tell them how to find your house in their system as they wont remember who sold you their windows. Then theyll ask you to get a serial number listed somewhere between the two panes of glass that needs a microscope to see so they can "get back to you" (they never do). All I wanted was for someone just to come out and take a look just as simply as they send a sales guy. I've had to take the drywall out of every one of my rooms to find all this water and rot and mold. Yes these are the impervia windows installed about 2 years ago. Weve been dealing with this for over a year now when we started to see the damage.

Just had my windows replaced and they look great. The process was simple, it does take time because of the lead times, but Pella always has someone to answer any questions or the status.
The process started with a house call for a review by a salesperson (Sandy), she was very nice and provided good information and knowledge. Once we had our approvals from the HOA, which Sandy helped filled out, then we proceeded with the loan, and they have different options for payment. Once the order was in, then about 8-10 weeks for the windows to be ready. The installation was a one day job, and we had about 6 windows, they came with a large crew, almost 1 person per window. It looks and works great. Thank you all at Pella!
My suggestion to all is to make sure you do your due diligence and get a few quotes, but you want a professional team and not hired sub-contractors, which some companies will do.
