BEWARE. HAD MY FENCE DONE. TOOK TWO DAYS. ABOUT TWO MONTHS LATER THE GATE WOULD NOT OPEN. I TEXTED, CALLED EMAILED FOR THREE MONTHS BEGGING FOR IRWIN TO COME FIX IT. TOLD ME SEVERAL TIMES THAT HE WOULD BE OUT TO FIX IT. NEVER SHOWED UP. EVEN TODAY HE SAID HE HAD TIME. NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED, TEXTED. NOTHING. WONDER WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF MY FENCE FELL DOWN... NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE. I WILL HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO COME FIX IT. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SOMEONE THAT IS THAT BUSY THEY CAN'T OR WON'T BACK THEIR WORK.

Initial contact and process was fine. Got a quote fast. Installation was affordable and done timely. The biggest issues with using this service is the lack of communication (supply delivery, time tables moving etc) going into the build and that they do not follow through with issues post-build per the building warranty. There seems to be only one person to contact, and he has completely ghosted me over post build fixing and warranty issues. I've sent multiple emails about following up with fixing loose posts, and gotten ghosted.

I gave them two stars for installing the fence and affordability, but they lack communication and have no integrity to honor building agreements. This is not the first review to reflect this issue with them too.

I would not recommend based on the fact they ghost customers and do not honor their build warranties.

Starting with my first call to Irvin, he came out to provide a quote the same day, provided a price (as promised) within 48 hours, and responded right away to answer all of my questions. Although the crew had to battle questionable weather, they got the job done within the day. Our fence is beautiful and we could not be happier by doing business with Appealing Fences! Irvin was awesome! He was friendly, excited and flexible. We had to move our installation back due to HOA taking some time to approve our submission. He worked with us and not only rescheduled him s team but got the delivery delayed so the material’s wouldn’t be sitting in the yard waiting on the boards approval. The crew that came out (Luis and Freddy) were hard hard workers. Very nice and friendly and battled the hottest days to date like champs. Only took 2 days to install 300 feet of vinyl fence with 4 gates. Highly recommend!
