I have been happy with this company until recently. I have asked the last 3 times to have the upstairs cleaned. I have made arrangements the prior weeks to make sure my dogs were not home because I usually keep them in my room when they are here and just clean the bedroom myself. Today the upstairs was not clean, for a third time. I usually don’t mind, but I have company coming into town tonight from Chicago and was running errands and working all week. And really needed this done. Very disappointing

The move-out cleaning and carpet steam cleaning services were absolutely top notch! This business was exceptionally responsive and able to accommodate my cleaning needs on a tight schedule. My cleaner, Lyna, was absolutely wonderful! She cleaned the house from top to bottom, and her hard work is so appreciated by me! If this business was in Greensboro where I moved to, I’d definitely schedule regular cleanings with them. I will definitely recommend them to folks in their area using my business, TONES OF HOME, social media platforms, and also by word of mouth. Thanks again for your excellent services!

Overall

I used them for the first time recently. We paid additional to have baseboards, windows, and blinds done. Very disappointed with the service - not one ceiling fan throughout the entire house was dusted, the blinds were partially dusted, baseboards were not touched, and overall dusting was terrible. They didn’t move anything on the bookshelf to dust - just poorly dusted around the items. They completely missed a living room coffee table as well as mirrors on the entertainment center. We paid extra to have these detail things done, because that’s was needed the most, and it was a complete waste of money. Reached out to the business and they refunded for baseboards and offered me a $20 coupon for the future (I won’t be using that). My 8 year old finished the baseboards and blinds, and did a better job.
