Tremendous service from the Awning team! I called with a wind damaged Awning and they got back to me on Monday (I called Saturday) and came Tuesday to diagnose and Friday with the parts to fix. Impressed!!

Excellent interactions with both my sales rep and installer. Both were knowledgeable and managed my expectations well. The motorized awning is easy to use and looks great. Got a great deal on it Between Thanksgiving and Christmas. It took approximately three weeks from order to install In the installation took less than 30 minutes It seemed like.

Their representative was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I got quotes from the different companies and their prices were the most reasonable. Their installation team arrived exactly when they had told me they would be here. Installation took only 20 minutes or so and they patiently went over everything I needed to know. I was very impressed with this company.

Expectations and delivery time were met without a doubt. The awning itself is gorgeous and the remote makes it so easy to operate. We love having the LED lights, too. Nice and bright, but also dimmable. It has definitely added value to our house, not only because it's beautiful, but because it provides cool and comfortable shade to our deck, too, making it a lot more livable.
