Me and my husband had our air conditioner to die on us after 27 years. We called Lakeside, they came out assessed the unit and the rest is history. They set a date for us and they were here "early", yes early!! The guys, Bob, Calvin, Mitchel and Mark B, were very friendly and knew what they were doing. They prepared the floors so there would be no damage. They cleaned up their mess. They only stopped working long enough to eat their lunch.

After these guys finished their part of the installation then the next guys came in to do their part of the installation. Just like clock work.!! That night we slept in a cool 70 degrees, not 89 the days before.....

We highly recommend Lakeside H&A for your needs also......

We moved into a home that is set up with Trane Thermostats and had Lakeside’s number on them so naturally I called them to come out to take a look at a concern with the freon line. I will say the tech was very polite but I got charged $85, in addition to the $93 service call fee, to be shown how to use the Thermostat and set up an app that I could have easily googled how to do if I would have known they would charge me. I felt like they nickel and dimed us. Showing a new customer how to use the thermostat would have been good customer service to provide and establish a working relationship and future Business.

We recently reached out to Lakeside to get information about replacing our 25-year-old HVAC unit. From the very beginning to the completion, they were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive.

Scott first came out and provided us with quotes and detailed information on the different options for replacements. He also asked about the pain points that we had with our current unit. When I said that one issue was the amount of noise coming from the unit and its interference with us using our back deck, he gave helpful advice on where we could relocate the new unit so we would have zero noise. I also appreciate that he was not pushy about selling me the unit or trying to sell me the most expensive one. I had received quotes from two other competitors as well and Lakeside was also the most competitive with pricing.

When it came to installation, Josh and the team were punctual when arriving. They made sure that we were happy with the positioning of the unit before installation. After the completion, they were very tidy cleaning up from removing the old unit. They also made sure that we were happy with everything before leaving.

Finally, the next day we received a call from Scott asking if we were happy with how everything was working.

We were extremely satisfied with all aspects of this company and would recommend them to all our friends and family!
