I have never dealt with a more dishonest business in Fayetteville. After being required to pay the full amount for my blinds back in December of 2023 for a simple job of two blackout blinds in my bedroom, the job was never completed. The original job was supposed to be done the second week of January. No one called to schedule the job so I called the store in early February. For two months I received the run around. Weekly I called and dropped by the store but was always told to be patient. Finally in April I was able to get the owners direct cell phone and contacted her that way. Three times she “scheduled”a date for install only for no one to show. Always an excuse with no follow up or plan to do the install. I had to hound her for weeks each time to get on the next schedule. Finally, after the third no show I asked for my money back and she refused. Only after I told her I planned to contact the police for fraud charges did she relent and reimburse my money. This went on for 8 months. I rarely leave reviews but beware of this establishment. It is disorganized and deceitful at best, but I believe it is even perhaps worst. The hours I wasted calling, texting, and going by I will never get back. I do believe she never ordered my blinds and used my money to float her business in the interim. Again, beware!!

We had the best experience with Blinds Plus. Their turn around time was extremely fast. Ms. Trish even came back the next week to hang curtains and mirrors for me. I would highly recommend using Blinds Plus.

Called Blinds Plus on a Wednesday, I was closing on our house Friday. Tish and her team had it completed by 6 pm that Friday. We are so excited. In and out and we were impressed! They gave me a military discount, and the service was effortless.

So glad we decided to go with Blinds Plus. Everything was seamless and fast. When it came to the measurement visit and install visit Tish and the young gentleman were very nice, helpful and quick. Install took less than 30min! Would def do business with them again and recommend to anyone.

They couldn’t be more professional and efficient! They came measure in a flash and when it came to installation they were so fast I didn’t have time to close my door! Less than an hour!! Amazing job! And these blinds have been a game changer! They make the house cooler and the air conditioner doesn’t have to run overtime or all the time! I recommend them to anyone and everyone!!! Couldn’t be more pleased!
