Went to discuss timber trusses for a build in Florida. First & foremost to see if it was affordable. They were helpful in terms of style, what could & couldn't work & a ballpark figure as to price. It has taken us 8 years, but I will say dreams do come true…

We first stumbled on the CCTF website and architectural floor plan designs in 2012. We immediately knew the WESA was the plan we wanted.

In 2014, we visited CCTF in Franklin. At that time, we did not have a building site. It took a while, but we found the perfect lot in 2019. We immediately signed the design contract and started working with John to make minor modifications to the WESA interior floor plan.

In November 2020, we realized our dream. It took only 4 1/2 days to erect the WESA, install the T&G ceilings, and install the SIPS panels.

We could not be happier with our timber frame design and build experience.

The professionalism of the CCTF family and quality of workmanship is superior. We feel very blessed to be living in our new timber frame home.

Cabin Creek designed and created the timber frames for our new mountain home in Western North Carolina. We could not be more pleased with the results. The frames were built on time, on budget and look great. The crew at Cabin Creek is made up of true artisans. They were friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. We have a timber frame house built by Cabin Creek Timber Frames. We have been in the house many years now and have experienced zero problems or issues. What we have experienced is a wonderful home that was built by true professionals. It makes us feel good when visitors come and see our house for the first time and they are absolutely amazed at what our home looks like. We looked at many finished timber frame houses and talked with a number of Cabin Creek's competitors. None had the quality we desired. Absolutely none. The people at Cabin Creek treated us like family during the whole process. If I ever decide to build another timber frame house, Cabin Creek Timber Frames will be the only company we'll talk to.

Cabin Creek built our house about fifteen years ago. It is over 4000 square feet and every square inch is as tight as the day it was raised.
The joints look and have the appearance of being built by a furniture maker. Recently CCTF added a carport to original structure and it still shows their dedication to craftsmanship.
