Shop is great but the communication with salesman, billing needs a lot of help. Owner needs to take accountability for his own mistakes. Find another building supply to get your materials from! Trust me

I've spent thousands of dollars with them and tolerated the delayed /ignored replies to any request. They have a good product but terrible customer service. I was stood up today by Allison for the last time.

They advertised mantles on Facebook marketplace at a competitive price and since we were re-doing our fireplace, we bought two solid cherry pieces. They were wet and the woman who helped us assured us they were kiln dried when we came to pick them up a couple of days later.

After the fireplace was done, the top mantle piece has started to twist to the point where it’s noticeable and we can’t set things on it on one end unless we want them to fall off. My husband emailed the sales woman twice and she’s ignored our emails. Now our only option is to rip it out, but a new one (somewhere else) and start over.

At the very least, a response would have been good customer service.
