I had a wonderful experience today renting a floor grinder for a garage floor epoxy Removal job. I called a few days before to reserve the machine. They helped me directly with no wait, walked me through the machine features and finesse tips then helped me get my rental in the truck. I needed a big gage power cord and was not charged extra. The epoxy didn’t come up like I expected. I called to ask about the blades. Just for calling they gave me an hour extra time. When I returned the floor grinder they only asked if everything ran ok and would like a closed account paper copy. The level of politeness was refreshing.

The machine ran well. As I was doing edges later I realized the acid bath done before the epoxy application was why the blades didn’t strip to expectations. I’m going tomorrow to rent the unit again with diamond finishing blades this time to remove the acid bath layer before applying densifying sealant and calling it a job well done with another happy homeowner by Wilmington Paint and Repair.

They took my saw for a week and a half charged me $70.00
and said we don't know whats wrong with it.
Took it to Honest Engine got it back in 2 days . $45.00 and
it runs perfect.
