Worked there for 11 1/2 years, and the new 2nd Shift manager, Victor, ran everyone off who had been there 10+ years. Terrible company. Terrible and stressful environment! Do not recommend it at all! Also the quality is terrible! THEY preach safety and quality but NEVER really do. HE ONLY cares about productivity. No matter the quality.

We built a new house 16 years ago, had 20 of these windows installed. We've had problems from day one. Grills not matching up in the windows, seals goings bad and the windows leaking. Almost all of the sashes have been replaced, some of them twice. We are having all windows replaced today and they are NOT Atrium. I will not recommend them at all.

Amazing company to work for! Great benefits, work-life balance, growth opportunities and supportive leadership.

I had these windows installed in MA several years ago. The black 'rubber' component between the sheets of glass have raised in in a half moon shape. The plastic tracks have broken so that the upper sash falls down. The windows have warped so that the screens fall down partially. Tranferable limited lifetime warranty, I guess Atrium does not respond to that? How about a class action lawsuit people??

Horrible window. I can feel air blowing through it when the wind blows. It also whistles. Have had several attempts at a repair but problem persists. Also, the glass is so reflective it burns lines in my grass. Apparently this is what the company calls a side effect of the reflective glass not a quality issue. So be warned. This reflective glass can burn grass, plants, melt car siding, siding on neighbors house or anything that is in the reflective path. Company takes no responsibility for damages caused by their windows from reflective technology.

My second follow up review. Window still leaks from the bottom after there poor attemp to put a band aid on it (silicone). I'm afraid my new construction home is going to be ruined. I haven't seen mold yet but I'm sure it's in there at this point. Words cannot express how furious I am. Its in my 18 months old room and we have another on the way. It's been a rough start to being a first time home owner to say the least.

Window leaked after two months on a new construction. They put a whole tube of silicone on the window to stop the leak but that's only a temporary fix. The builder and the wholesaler agreed that it's a defective window but cornerstone disagrees. Legal action might be our only option. Stay away from this company and safe yourself the headache.

Avoid this company!!! We had 19 new construction windows put in our house early last year and it was an extremely costly mistake!! These windows leak terribly!! They have worked on them twice and they are not much better if at all. You can see gaps between the sashes where they overlap. So big you can actually see outside! Sashes out of square. The sashes are supposed to interlock where they meet to further keep air out. Out of 19 windows maybe 3 work properly! Will probably have to take legal action unfortunately. I honestly think our electric bill has gone up since we put these in! Don’t do it!!!

Terrible quality product and the customer service is even worse. I have tried multiple times to contact them with no response. I am currently unable to use my patio door because the bearings broke. I just want to know what part is needed to repair it. I have been calling and requesting a call back for more than a month. I am so frustrated.
