Paul was an outstanding PM that was responsive, on time and extremely knowledgeable! Adam’s tile work was incredibly precise and his attention to detail was top knotch! We LOVE our new kitchen and bath! Thanks so much to the team at Custom Crafted Kitchen and Bath for leading us through the process. From finalizing the plan for the K&B, handling permits and inspections, and providing and managing their skilled professionals, CCKB did it all. The renovations were something we had planned and were excited about but also dreaded. In the past we had trouble working with and/or trying to work with contractors from no call no show, no follow-up, lack of communications…. CCKB was different. We met several times prior to the proposal development to ensure they understood our goals. We thought we had finished our design when we met with the CCKB team. Kelli was very thoughtful in her approach to review the design and made recommendations that improved the functionality and esthetics of our final plan. Jason showed up with a team of professionals that we could tell day one, knew their trade and how to work with us on our expectations. Of course, in construction there are always some unknowns and the team always provided recommendations based on their vast experience and our goals both project and budget. The project manager provided constant updates. We always felt like we knew how the project was going and what was next. We would highly recommend CCKB.

We remodeled a kitchen, master bath, and additional bathroom with Custom Crafted and are so pleased. Our designer really went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we were hoping it looked like while balancing functionality with all the tiny details. When project began, project manager was on site most days and if not present was immediately available to answer any questions. Work was done was with quality materials and experienced craftsman. The project crews were amazing and respectful to our day to day home routines with kids and dogs. I would highly recommend Custom Crafted - we love our beautiful and new spaces!

I usually do not write reviews, but the remarkable service I received from Custom Crafted Kitchens and Baths, I felt compelled. The owners, staff, and contractors were all professional, courteous, and personable. It was a pleasure to work with everyone. The contractors (Paul, Andy, Bob, Adam, Kevin and Joe) demonstrated 110%!!! Erin and Sharon were true gems when it came to the architectural design and decor. Jason was also great!!! I call him the 'tweaker'. The company's goal is to make the customer happy, and if something isn't right, they will make it right. I absolutely had a wonderful experience with my kitchen renovation. Your home is respected by the workers, and they do a great job cleaning up after themselves. So, if you're considering a renovation, please consider CUSTOM CRAFTED KITCHENS and BATHS!!!
