Don Allen Surveying came to my rescue when I had a bad experience with a different surveyor who did a survey that proved useless. I called up Don Allen Surveying and the person I spoke with was so kind and sympathetic to the situation. She communicated that they would get it right for me. Not only did they get it right but they did it in a record amount of time. For the useless survey, I had to wait 8 business days. DAS had it done on the same day. I'm not sure they can do it that way on a regular basis but I was so glad they helped me out of a tight situation. Thank you!!! I don't know when I'll need another survey, but I won't forget how helpful you were.

As a new dog grooming business here at 915 River Highway in Mooresville, NC, the county required BluPetSpa to put together a Site Plan for the new business rezoning. To create the site plan we contacted Don Allen and Associates to survey the property and create a professional SITE PLAN. We can’t thank Don and his team enough for their professional manner and fantastic work. Needless to say, the county approved this work and we now are Open for Business!! Thanks Guys!!

Had to prepay for services on 11/5 we were told survey would around 11/29. Then they said 12/6. Then they pushed to 12/14. Now today 12/14 we call them and they say 12/16. No communication to us it changed. My impression they take your money then delay as much as they can until you get upset. They do not care at all about our schedules. The new would we live in. No one cares about professionalism anymore.
Update once you finally get your survey add 5 to 10 business days to get the actual survey. In the end our process will have been 60 days from payment for a simple small lot fence survey.
