Having tried to find a leak in my roof for years, I had finally given up and put a wading pool in my attic to catch the water. When Coastal put a certified roof on my house, they promised it would be fixed—and it was! After every serious storm, I go up into the attic and check, and all is well. The staff was polite, professional, and did what the promised!

Coastal Roofing and Siding came out to do exterior repairs to my home. They were quick and on time. I really appreciated them taking care of my roof and siding so I don't have to worry. Office staff were excellent! Crew was respectful and informative! Zane was phenomenal! Will continue to use this company for my future exterior needs!!!

Coastal Roofing & Siding was hired to remove an existing roof and install a new roof which is also a deck on an Ocean Front home. The area measured 12' x 14'. Once installed, the new roof now holds (ponds) water. The ponding is large and covers a 4' x 9' area. The Dec-Tec installation Guide (section 2.2.5) requires a 2% slope so that "NO PONDING WILL OCCUR." Coastal Roofing refuses to remedy stating "we did not specify that the roof was to be sloped and not have any ponding." Also, "it will evaporate eventually."
You be the judge. Is this the type of company you want to do business with? I think not.

Coastal Roofing & Siding siding deserves 10 STARS out of 5! I appreciated the immediate gutter quote and the prompt service. ALL staff were professional and very communicative. The product has exceeded my expectations. I will be recommending Coastal Roofing & Siding to all of my neighbors and friends. We had such a hard time with our house because of the hard angles in the front, but Coastal handled these issues no problem! You guys ROCK! Thank you Zane for exceptional work and thank you Ariana for arranging it all, and to Bill for making it all happen! I am so excited to officially be able to say I have GUTTERS!!!

Zane and his crew did an awesome job on my new roof. Zane recommend Georgetown Gray for my color house and it looks perfect! I never knew there were color choices for shingles! We had an active leak and he made sure we were taken care of asap! His crew started and finished in 2 days and did a great job cleaning up after themselves! We are very happy and definitely recommend Coastal Roofing!
