WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
We started with this company in Aug 2023 to purchase and install cabinets in our new home. The design process was decent. The designer helped to place cabinets in a good functioning layout, but still tried to talk us into undesired layouts. We finally had to be assertive and tell her we would not get rid of the French doors. The initial install was atrocious. The island was left out in a spot that it wasn't supposed to be, doors were left hanging, cabinets missing shelves, gaps in between cabinets, entire cabinets not installed. It took several weeks to get another team out to "fix" the initial issues (failure again, nothing appeared to be worked on). Again we had to wait for several weeks to get another team out to resolve the issues. The kick plates were finally installed, doors were aligned, and new dampers were put on the affected cabinet doors. Six months later and 2 months of occupancy in the home and now we have cabinet doors falling off the hinges. The company drilled large holes in the cabinet box and used longer screws to attach the hinges (called it "industry standards"). Again, more waiting and still no shelves in some of the cabinets. We contacted the BBB, but the company did't even bother to respond to them. Finally after 10 months from the start of this process, we may be able to say it's finished. We're now waiting for other doors to fall off, or worse possibly a cabinet to fall off the wall.

First Choice Cabinetry has top notch customer service and clearly cares about their customers!! We had a few minor issues (chipped crown molding, soft close features not working, screw tip poking out) with our cabinets that were missed at the time of closing on our new home. First Choice was happy to fix the issues regardless! Technician Joe was outstanding! When he couldn’t repair a larger chip to perfection, he ordered a replacement at no charge to us. When Joe came back out to install the new molding, he willingly fixed a few other issues while showing us some tips and tricks for our soft close cabinets!
