Matias Painting was great to work with and did a quality job. I had the exterior painted. They assisted me with pinpointing the color I wanted by visiting a house I liked in the neighborhood to get exact color. The crew came as stated and cleaned the area daily. The crew worked extremely well together as it appeared that each one overlooked each other and made multiple rounds to provide a quality product.
House looks great! It was stated they would return within a year if paint flaked at any spots.

Overall

Great company to work with. All employees are professional and polite. They were assigned to our new home under construction, so they painted the interiors and exteriors. The owner put together a room by room list of all paint colors used for our reference in the future. Very organized, did a great job, and were responsive when I needed them to come back for touch ups. Thank you Matias Painting!

Matias painting worked on my house in August and unfortunately the experience was less than ideal. I originally spoke to them about several rooms in my house, but ultimately decided on work only in my primary bedroom, which included shutters and doors, essentially trim work. I emailed with the company to be clear on the work to be done and pricing. The day the work was to start, they showed up with the expectation to do everything in the original quote which happened to be a miscommunication between the person I was emailing with and the person scheduling. Once we clarified the work to be done they began with removing shutters to be painted in my garage. As priming began I checked in on them and noticed not all of the shutters had the hinge left on them. I went back to the room and they did not bring all the hinges to be primed down with them, some were still screwed into the frame. Once that was corrected, priming was finishing and they went out for paint. As they were outside prepping the paint machine, I looked at the can and noticed it was a latex paint, not urethane paint as agreed on previously. I had them call their boss to discuss and he confirmed the wrong paint was purchased, they would correct the issue. Painting was then completed and everything was reinstalled. After completion, I noticed some paint dripped on my rug as they finished the door frames and there were drip marks on the shutters that were catching as they closed. I contacted Matias about how only after a few days the shutters started to chip and they said they would come back out to fix. After 10 days of reaching out to try and schedule without a response, they finally replied back there was a family emergency that delayed response. I understood, and after this I replied back and asked "What days next week would work for someone to stop by and evaluate the fix?" I never received a response and I gave up. It was about a month of chasing them at that time. Unfortunately there were some hiccups in the process and the shutter still do not look perfect, I will not be using them in the future.
