We have done 3 tile projects and about to do a 4th working with Pat. She is amazing and has helped us think outside the box with some of her suggestions that look wonderful in our bathrooms! Highly recommend them!!

Great customer service and good, helpful people just because! I just walked in hoping to find and buy a few pieces of matching wood floor for a small rotting section in my dining room. No one sells a few pieces so you'd have to buy the entire bunch! They don't either, but the owner just gave me 8 or so pieces they had lying in the back free of charge! I just want people to know this place is run by good folks.

I wanted to share my great experience with Preferred Flooring that did an amazing job installing Luxury Vinyl planks in our basement. The install team was very detailed in prepping the floor that involved lot of steps including moving the furniture and appliances, removing carpet/linoleum, leveling off uneven areas, sealing the concrete with a moisture barrier and finally installing the planks. Surprisingly they did it in 2 days. The sales team was very patient and the prices were very reasonable for the material and labor. Overall, we are very impressed with the end results and will use them again on another upgrade project.
Thank you Jeff, Scott, Miguel and the rest of the team for the great new modern looking floors!

I cannot recommend Scott and his team at Preferred highly enough! They replaced all the hardwoods in our home (including sanding and staining the stair risers to match), and added LVP and tile in our basement. The work is exceptional, their prices are reasonable and their friendliness and customer focus can't be beat. I visited several local flooring companies before Preferred, including the ones "everyone" uses and none of them came close to making me feel as welcome and valued as they have. We replaced our carpet upstairs everywhere with engineered hardwoods to match our downstairs. I got five estimates and Jeff was the most responsive and helpful with a great price. I never like to go with the lowest, but they were extremely close and had better reviews.

I am extremely glad I did. The install took 2.5 days, there were 3-6 guys at any given time here working. They were all extremely polite and even played with my kids and learned their names.

Very very happy customer. Referred them to my neighbor two doors already.

Jeff Parker makes sure you are taken care of and happy. I was a difficult person to work with, very inpatient during install process, he was always extremely responsive and concerned even when I was just jumping the gun. There are messes during the install, like the glue they used, and I just needed to wait for them to finish and get to the clean up phase for everything to be taken care of. They left it like they found it...maybe a little cleaner, did I mention I have a 4 and 5 year old?
