I had a horrible experience with this company. Disappointed at every step of the process! Definitely not experts. The installers cut a hole in my intake box, when I was told there wouldn't need to be modifications made (the whole reason I went with Air Experts after several estimates). Then they didn't seal the new HVAC, then turned it on blowing insulation, drywall dust, and plastic pieces through the ducts into every room of my house, which they didn't clean. Also, make sure they file for permits and you get an inspection! I had to call the town offices to make sure the permits were filed correctly and the inspection resulted in a long list of things to correct. The only positive in the whole month long experience was the company they contracted with to fix everything they messed up. "Two Guys Ceiling Repair" was wonderful to work with. They were polite, efficient, and great attention to detail.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Air Experts Heating, Cooling, and I can confidently say that their service is nothing short of exceptional. During a major heat wave, Jackson McCutchen managed to provide us with one of the best quotes on the VERY SAME DAY! Their approach was fair and attentive, ensuring they understood our goals and budgetary constraints. They made recommendations that truly felt in our best interest rather than theirs.
Two key aspects made Air Experts the obvious choice for us. First, every employee has a vested interest in the success of the company. They don't hire third-party contractors, which means they are committed for the long haul. Second, their "Super 7 Guarantee" is genuinely incredible and unique. I recommend heading over to their website to check it out—they absolutely stood by every one of their guarantees.
Once we made our selection, I expected a week or more before they could start the project. To my surprise, they scheduled us for the very next day! The two installers, Caleb and Lucas, were consummate professionals with impeccable attention to detail. They were also kind enough to answer all my random questions (and I mean random). By that evening, we had 50F air blasting out in the hottest room of the house!
If there were a six-star rating, Air Experts Heating, Cooling would undoubtedly deserve it. Their dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is unparalleled. Highly recommended!

Short version: issue was fixed, but future customer is lost.
I needed a repair of my AC and scheduled time for (non weekend) day. The technician was great - fixed everything in 15 minutes with very minor repairs. The repair required a replacement of part of the drain pipe + 2 t-connectors and a cap (see image attached). Since I needed the AC to work I couldn't say no, but oh my - what a highway robbery. Got billed $350 for about $8 worth of materials and 15 minutes of tech's time.
I emailed the management that I was frustrated with these prices and got a response asking to elaborate. I provided the details and it has been 10 days of complete silence. Not impressed.

We noticed an issue with our water heater on Thursday afternoon. Air Experts got us scheduled for early the next morning and were able to quickly diagnose our problem and make recommendations. They were also very gracious about checking out some other plumbing concerns we had during the same visit. We were offered several reasonable financing options and were never rushed. Travis and Brandon were knowledgeable and genuinely caring. I have been happy with the service we've received from the outset and I'm glad that we found this company to help us with our plumbing needs.

Air Experts were able to come in less than 2 hours when I had a bathroom sink valve leaking. Noah Esguerra was polite, friendly, and most importantly, efficient and knowledgeable! He even reamed the copper pipe when he replaced both the valves, something I had not seen a plumber do before. Price was very reasonable. They are on my list now for any plumbing issues I have in the future!

Update: I had Air Experts/Raleigh Heating and Cooling come today for our first AC maintenance by them. Anthony Hoilman was the tech and he spent a lot of time inspecting and testing every part of our systems. He even went into the crawlspace to check the downstairs ductwork! He explained everything he did, and found one small issue which he worked to clear up. I bought their maintenance contract which was about the same price as the company I previous used but they were terribly unreliable and never as thorough as Anthony was. So now I recommend them for plumbing AND HVAC!

Update #2: Roberto came today because the upstairs AC unit stopped working due to the condensate overflow pan being full. Roberto worked 90 minutes, going up to the attic and down to the crawlspace to clear the drain and get the pan drained. He cleaned up and closed up the attic and the crawlspace when he was done. I cannot recommend Air Experts - Raleigh Heating & Cooling enough! I called this morning at 9 and Roberto was here withing a few hours. Very happy that I switched service to them this spring!

Travis was exceptionally helpful and thorough in providing solutions to my water filtration issue. I feel he is honest and knowledgeable. He is an impressive young man who represented his company well.

Another fine Air Experts and Plumbing employee! Luis did a great job with each of my plumbing jobs. He is a pleasant man with great customer service skills.

Damien serviced my air conditioning unit. He did an excellent job, noticing some safety features that the builder did not install. He is friendly and answered some questions that I had. I hope he is the one to come back next year.

Gage Blair was our technician. What an amazing guy! I can confidently say I’ve never met such a nice, funny and attentive AC tech. Extraordinarily easy to get along with and amazing work ethic.

He almost immediately sussed out what the issue was, and he pinpointed that the issue probably arose from previous technicians. He showed me dozens of pictures and tool readings to make sure I understood what was happening. I’m interested in how things worked and he took the time to explain to me what was going on. 100% would recommend this company and especially Gage Blair to anyone!

A giant shout out to Colby (Tech), Seth (Tech), and Travis (Runner) who worked so well together to install a downstairs two ton gas pack at our home in Holly Springs. They were SO friendly, professional, and courteous in all of our dealings with them. They put the system in over a day, installed a beautiful Sensi thermostat, and re-lit the water heater and fireplace after they were all done. They painted the gas line for us as well. See photo! Roger set all of this up for us...he was very accommodating for our needs. They even brought the unit at least one day earlier than promised. I have now had them replace both of our units...over 6 months (but they were both about 19 years old, truth be told).
