The workers were on time and diligent in their work. They were friendly, professional and cleaned up the debris when they completed the job. They installed 2 AC units and 2 furnaces (that are in the attic) with no complaints and the end product looks great.

Thankfully, ARS was able to get out a few hours ahead of scheduled appointment. AC unit had failed capacitor. It was 93 in the house. Repair was quick after diagnosis was made. Diagnosis was quick as well. Omar is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional and explained in detail many aspects of my systems' workings based on the data he collected. Great experience all around.

My wife and I were very thankful after we called ARS Rescue Rooter and they were able to send a technician within a few hours to check our air conditioning unit after another company missed their appointment with us. The technician was great, very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We appreciated the communication from their dispatch about when the technician would arrive. The only drawbacks were the initial call into the call center, the person on the line had a hard time communicating with us and put our address in wrong. Thankfully, dispatch was able to fix the issue and the technician found our house. Overall, a good experience.

This has got to be the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I bought my Rheem air conditioner on April 2, 2024 and I’ve had them out here five times, each time saying they fixed it. The last time they came was last night at almost 730 and he said it’s fixed, but I need to change my filters every two weeks (pictures of what he said was dirty filters. You can clearly see straight through them. I always write the dates on my filters when I replace them. The date on these are 6/16.) When I told him I couldn’t afford to change my filters every two weeks his suggestion was check Amazon. A new unit should not require filters every two Weeks. There is still no air going in the intake at one end of my house. So I’m sure this is not the last time I’ll have someone out.

Your technician Kian was excellent. He diagnosed our air conditioning problem right away. He was also able to fix it fairly quickly. I couldn't give 5 stars because the unfortunate reason he had to fix it was because the original install was terrible. Also done by ARS. Some PVC pipes weren't glued together causing leaks, there was an obstruction (Insect nest), in the condensation pipe coming out of the unit, probably from sitting in the warehouse. It has been leaking into the unit for 18 months, probably causing damage that will show up in the future. The clean out pipe was just covered with duct tape, and the run of the pipe wasn't really substantial for adequate dispersal of the condensation. He also noticed other possible problems like proper duct tape missing on all the seams of the duct work, and the motor was vibrating just a little too much. Bobby the technician was very good! Great explanation of how the unit was performing and suggestions to keep it running. Their scheduling system is terrible. Had appointment for 2:00. I called them at 3:30 and cancelled my appointment because I had to leave the house. The company called me at around 6:15 and told me the tech was in his way! No communication between schedulers. Crazy!!!!

My ARS plumbing specialist, John S. was excellent. He was very familiar with my equipment that needed service and explained why it was coding. The repairs were done efficiently and the area was left clean. Service costs were explained and billing was explained and processed. I even had an inspection of house plumbing fixtures. Now I know what needs to be corrected as time allows. My overall experience with this ARS representative was outstanding. I recommend ARS for your plumbing needs.

Expansion tank blowout, so needed urgent replacement. Happened at night and the tech was onsite in 12 hours. My plumber Brian B. was very knowledgeable and patient explaining the issue with the expansion tank and replacing the tank. He made sure to check water heater for any leaks or issues after the new tank was installed and did a full house plumbing inspection. Very personable, affable and knowledgeable, ARS has an amazing plumber on their team!

My only beef is with ARS pricing as they charged almost $500 just to replace expansion tank. I heard from friends that it could have been done for under $300, but at this point I was already looking at service fees of $100 if I didn't get the work done by ARS. The overall service experience was good so I guess you get what you pay for. But if cost is your primary concern shop around for better rates.

ARS took my call on Saturday, May 4, 2024, about a broken mixing valve handle in the owners’ suite shower that required us to
shut off the water for the whole house. ARS scheduled a plumbing repair visit that same day between 2:00 and 6:00. About an hour later ARS called and said other jobs were higher priority than mine, so our water repair would be rescheduled to Sunday, May 5, between 8:00 and 12:00. Keith, the plumber who visited, arrived at 10:00 on Sunday morning and by 10:15 had made the repair, using a replacement part that I had on hand (he did not have the correct one on his truck). He was excellent. But it was disappointing that ARS failed to keep the original repair appointment, kept us waiting without water for 26 hours, and saw our situation as a low priority,
