I have been using Progressive for my home servicing needs and have always had a great customer service experience. Getting the Yearly maintenance plan is your best buy, as they can come out and do tune-ups for all major areas of your home. Had Justin to come by today and he was great! He made sure all worked properly and gave some suggestions of things I can do to keep all running smoothly! Would recommend Progressive to any homeowner!

Justin was fantastic. Came in, assessed the situation and quickly installed our new toilet. It looks fantastic and he hauled away the old toilet and boxing. We will definitely use Swift for any plumbing needs in the future.

Progressive / Swift Brothers continues to be one of the most reliable companies we bring into our home. They always bring solutions that are understandable to us and add a fair price. Shane was incredibly helpful. They were able to replace our water heater the same day and did it cleaning up after themselves and making sure we were satisfied at the end. No one else we’d rather work with when things go wrong around the house!

Progressive was quick to respond to an issue with my A/C unit. My technician, Brian, arrived promptly and got to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue, walked me through it, and got my unit back up and running. I have used progressive since initial install and always had prompt and great service.

Eric was very professional; he fully explained the problem with my HVAC system and had it repaired in a short amount of time. I’ve been a customer of Progressive for quite some time and have recommended them whenever someone tells me they’re having problems with their system or they need a new one.

Marcus helped with our emergency plumbing situation. He did expert work diagnosing and resolving the issue. He was personable, quick and efficient, and also helped us discover the why for the issue, as it was something that was not caused by us, and we could not have known that it would be an issue. We would work with him again in an instant!

Marcus did a great job today. On a scale of 1 - 5, I would give him a 6! He was very knowledgeable and went to work on the problem we were having with our water softener as soon as he arrived. He fixed the problem and showed me how to avoid the problem in the future. He was also very friendly and represented your company in a very professional way.

He skillfully repaired a cartridge in our kitchen faucet, exceeding our expectations with his expertise. Roberto arrived on time, with the equipment he needed. He introduced himself and that matched the Name/Photo that Progressive had provided. He asked for a tour of our thermostats and if we had any questions before he began. After that conversation, he performed an annual preventative inspection. The discrepancies were photographed and corrective actions were recommended. All parts and labor were explained as well as any options. All replacements and additions were immediately available and installed. Outstanding work done in a timely manner by a professional representative of Progressive Home Services.
