Great customer service from day one! Eric Wilson was my technician who came out to give the quote, and he also returned with John to do the work once I accepted the quote. Eric discussed the job with me before and after with great detail. He answered all of my questions, and it was clear that he was knowledgeable about the work that was done. The young lady who answered the phone each time that I called was very pleasant. The cost of the job was very reasonable. I almost went with a handyman that lives in my community, but I'm glad that I decided to get additional quotes. I saved over a thousand dollars.
