There is a lot of good to be said about McCullough on the front end but I really have to say they dropped the ball on the back end big time. We were very pleased with the time they spent with my wife and I choosing the right tile for our new bathroom. It really, really looks good now that it is in. But the problems started when I picked up the tile. I had no reason to inspect the tile when I picked it up so had them load the tile in my car. I drove home, unloaded it in my garage and there it sat there for a couple weeks until the tile installer arrived. As he installed the different stages of tile (floor, walls, shower) he found more and more broken tiles. I had to make four trips back with broken tiles which they were nice enough to replace for free. But the last trip yesterday cost me $64 for 4 tile broken tile pieces even though I told them they were broken. I would use them again but I certainly will check EVERY tile that I get from them at their shop before leaving.
They have an amazing selection and a great design staff on-site who are extremely helpful. The prices can range from ok to high, but you will find a lot better selection, and quality than the big box stores. Most tile needs to be ordered, you can't pick it out and take it home the same day, so plan ahead. They work well with homeowners on selection and design, and will work with your contractor on putting the order together based on that. Minus one star for price, but the selection and service are great.

They are definitely the best outfit around to select tile and the accoutrements to go with it. Super friendly, very knowledgeable of their products… We refer our clients there consistently, because we know they will be taken care of.

Best selections, and service. Over 30 years dealing here and always good. Totally stand behind their products and Don is very knowledgeable about setting materials and processes . Ladies in showroom are the best. Have always been able to count on them helping my homeowners.

I have used McCullough Tile for 3 home improvement projects - 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen - and all were beautiful. Amy and her staff were so helpful helping me make decisions to update my rooms. The contractor they recommended is great and extremely reliable. They are simply the best, better than all the rest!! Really!!

My experience with McCullough was superb. It's unusual these days to have such wonderful customer service. I have to admit that I am person who can be a little difficult as it is hard for me to make up my mind and I have to really see something - it's hard for me to envision. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and patient. They showed me many different options and went above and beyond in showing me how something would look. I will definitely return to McCullough!

I had a really great experience at McCullough Tile. They were very patient with me as I chose tile for my new home. They listened to what I wanted and helped steer me toward good choices within the boundaries that I set. Never pushy. Always friendly. And good follow up on the back end working with my installer for delivery. Very happy with the end results. 5 stars.
